Using Cam Lock and QuickFit

Tighten QuickFit: Tighten QuickFit until the shoulder is flush with the panel. Do not overtighten or undertighten. (Diagram: Showing correct QuickFit tightening)

Fitting Cam Lock: When fitting the cam lock, ensure the starting position is correct before inserting the connecting QuickFit. (Diagram: Showing cam lock mechanism and correct orientation)

Connecting Panels: The QuickFit head should be in the center of the cam lock when the two panels are joined. The cam lock should be inserted before the QuickFit. Turn the cam lock clockwise to tighten. (Diagram: Showing cam lock and QuickFit connection, ?)

Exploded View

The exploded view shows the overall structure of the modular desk. It consists of a main frame, desk surfaces, drawer units, and shelves. The frame provides the primary support, with various bars and panels connecting to form the desk structure. Drawer components assemble into functional drawers that slide into designated sections. Shelving units can be attached to the desk surfaces. The assembly process involves connecting these parts sequentially using the provided hardware.

Assembly Steps

Step 1

Required Parts: 1 (x1), 2 (x1), 20 (x1), 21 (x1), D (7x48mm, x8)

Action: Attach frame parts 1 and 2 to panels 20 and 21 using eight screws D.

Step 2

Required Parts: 3 (x1), 6 (x1), 7 (x1), 8 (x1), 2 (x1), E (M6x40mm, x6), T (Cap, M6, x6)

Action: Connect frame part 3 to bars 6, 7, and 8. Attach bar 2 to the structure. Secure using screws E and caps T.

Step 3

Required Parts: 37 (x2), F (M6x30mm, x4), G (1pc), H (M6x12mm, x5), 2 (x1), 3 (x1)

Action: Attach cross braces 37 to frame parts 2 and 3 using screws F and G. Secure with screws H.

Step 4

Required Parts: 16 (x1), R (x1), I (3.5x14mm, x2), F (M6x30mm, x12)

Action: Place desk surface 16 onto the frame. Attach cable management clip R. Secure the surface using screws F and I.

Step 5

Required Parts: 23 (x1), 24 (x1), 25 (x1), 31 (x1), A (Dowel, Ø6*35mm, x4), B (Dowel, Ø15*9.5mm, x4), W (Connector, Ø8x40mm, x2)

Action: Assemble the base and side panels (23, 24, 25, 31) using dowels A, connectors W, and dowels B.

Step 6

Required Parts: 22 (x1), 26 (x1), A (Dowel, Ø6*35mm, x4), B (Dowel, Ø15*9.5mm, x4), W (Connector, Ø8x40mm, x2)

Action: Attach top panel 22 and back panel 26 to the assembled drawer unit using dowels A, connectors W, and dowels B.

Step 7

Required Parts: 39 CL/CR (x2), I (3.5x14mm, x4)

Action: Attach drawer slides 39 (CL/CR) to the side panels of the drawer unit using screws I.

Step 8

Required Parts: 39 CR (x2), 25 (x1), I (3.5x14mm, x4)

Action: Attach drawer slides 39 (CR) to the drawer side panel 25 using screws I.

Step 9

Required Parts: 5 (x1), 4 (x1), 23 (x1), 14 (x2), D (7x48mm, x4), E (M6x40mm, x4), F (M6x30mm, x4)

Action: Connect frame parts 5 and 4 to base panel 23 using screws D and F. Attach bars 14 using screws E.

Step 10

Required Parts: 3 (x1), 11 (x1), 12 (x1), 13 (x1), 4 (x1), E (M6x40mm, x6), T (Cap, M6, x6)

Action: Attach bars 11, 12, and 13 to frame part 3 and part 4. Secure using screws E and caps T.

Step 11

Required Parts: 38 (x2), F (M6x30mm, x4), G (1pc), H (M6x12mm, x5), 3 (x1), 4 (x1)

Action: Attach cross braces 38 to frame parts 3 and 4 using screws F and G. Secure with screws H.

Step 12

Required Parts: 18 (x1), F (M6x30mm, x10)

Action: Place desk surface 18 onto the frame and secure it using screws F.

Step 13

Required Parts: 27 (x1), 29 (x1), 30 (x1), 31 (x1), 32 (x1), J (3.5x40mm, x4), K (M4x18mm, x2), L (Handle, x1), M (Lock, x1), Y (M3x18mm, x4), A (Dowel, Ø6*35mm, x4), B (Dowel, Ø15*9.5mm, x4)

Action: Assemble the drawer components (27, 29, 30, 31, 32) using screws J, K, Y, dowels A, B. Attach handle L and lock M.

Step 14

Required Parts: 28 (x1), 33 (x1), 34 (x1), 35 (x1), 15 (x2), 39 DL/DR (x2), C (7x38mm, x4), I (3.5x14mm, x4), K (M4x18mm, x2), L (Handle, x1)

Action: Assemble drawer unit parts (28, 33, 34, 35) and panels 15 using screws C, I, K. Attach drawer slides 39 (DL/DR) and handle L.

Step 15

Action: Insert assembled drawers (from Step 13 and Step 14) into the desk unit.

Step 16

Required Parts: S1 (x4), S2 (x4)

Action: Attach brackets S1 and S2 to the designated points on the desk structure.

Step 17

Required Parts: 19 (x1), 36 (x2), F (M6x30mm, x4), U (LED Strip, x1)

Action: Attach support brackets 36 to panel 19 using screws F. Apply the LED strip U to the bottom of panel 19. (Diagram: Tear off tape and apply firmly.)

Step 18

Required Parts: 17 (x1), 36 (x1), F (M6x30mm, x4)

Action: Attach panel 17 to support bracket 36 using screws F.

Step 19-1

Required Parts: 9 (x2), 10 (x1), E (M6x40mm, x6)

Action: Connect desk sections using bars 9 and 10, secured with screws E.

Step 20-1

Required Parts: 17 (x1), F (M6x30mm, x6)

Action: Attach shelf/hutch part 17 to the desk structure using screws F.

Step 21-1

Required Parts: V (Anti-tip accessory, x1)

Action: Secure the desk to the wall using anti-tip accessory V. (Diagram: Shows attachment to wall.)

Action: Attach shelf/hutch part 17 to the desk structure using bar 9 and screws F. (For U-shaped configuration).

Step 21-2

Required Parts: V (Anti-tip accessory, x1)

Action: Secure the desk to the wall using anti-tip accessory V. (Diagram: Shows attachment to wall.)

Attention: For safety and stability, we suggest you have to secure the anti-tip accessories to the wall to prevent tipping, injury, and property damage.

Action: Connect desk sections using bars 9, secured with screws E. (For L-shaped configuration).

Step 20-3

Action: Attach shelf/hutch part 17 to the desk structure using screws F. (For L-shaped configuration).

Step 21-3

Required Parts: V (Anti-tip accessory, x1)

Action: Secure the desk to the wall using anti-tip accessory V. (Diagram: Shows attachment to wall.)

Action: Attach shelf/hutch part 17 to the desk structure using screws F. (For U-shaped configuration, alternative to 20-2).

Step 21-4

Required Parts: V (Anti-tip accessory, x1)

Action: Secure the desk to the wall using anti-tip accessory V. (Diagram: Shows attachment to wall.)
