- Keep the plastic packaging on until you are ready to install the worktop.
- Supporting legs are required if the overhang exceeds 25 cm. The maximum distance between these legs should not exceed 80 cm.
- Worktops installed above dishwashers, washing machines, or ovens should be protected underneath with a FENSJÖ or FIXA diffusion barrier.
- The worktop is not suitable for use in wet rooms.
- It is recommended for indoor use only.
Care and Maintenance
- For daily cleaning, use ordinary washing-up detergent, soap, or water. Avoid using chemicals for cleaning.
- If spills occur, wipe them immediately with a soft cloth dampened in water and a mild washing-up detergent or soap.
- Do not use products containing abrasives, ammonia, or bleach. Dry with a dry, clean cloth.
- Avoid placing hot objects directly on the worktop. Always use a pot stand to protect the surface.
- Always use a chopping board and never cut directly on the worktop with a knife.
- Never drag objects with rough or ragged edges across the worktop, as this can cause scratches.
- Do not place appliances like toasters, coffee makers, or kettles that emit heat directly over a seam between two worktops, as heat can damage the seam.
- Never use steel wool, scourer pads, or similar products, as they can scratch the surface.
