Important Safety Instructions

DANGER: Risk of Electrical Shock
Always unplug the product from the electrical outlet immediately after use and before cleaning.

- Keep hands and fingers away from the massage mechanism or rollers during operation.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a qualified service agent.
- Never leave the appliance unattended when plugged in. Unplug when not in use or before attaching/removing parts.
- Do not operate under blankets or pillows to prevent overheating.
- Close supervision is necessary when used by, on, or near children, invalids, or disabled persons. Keep children away from extended foot supports.

- To disconnect, turn all controls to OFF and remove the plug from the outlet.
- Do not massage swollen, inflamed, or erupted skin areas.
- Do not use on unexplained calf pain.
- Do not use on damp floors or when any body part contacts plumbing or similar grounds.
- Connect only to a properly grounded outlet. See Grounding Instructions.
- Do not use if abnormal noise is heard.
- Do not stand on or in the appliance; use only while seated.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless supervised. Supervise children to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
Safety Precautions
- Wear comfortable clothing.
- Use in a relaxed position; never force body parts into the backrest area while rollers are moving.
- If abnormal discomfort occurs, turn off power immediately and consult a physician.
- Do not sit on the controller.
- Do not pull the AC cord.
- Check product operation after storage.
- Ensure no obstacles are behind the product and sufficient space is available for reclining.
Grounding Instructions
This product must be grounded. Grounding provides a path of least resistance for electrical current to reduce the risk of electric shock. The product is equipped with a cord having an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be connected to an appropriate, properly installed, and grounded outlet according to local codes.
WARNING: Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in electric shock. Consult a qualified electrician if unsure about grounding. Do not modify the plug; have a proper outlet installed if it does not fit.
Grounding Methods:
- Sketch (A): Illustrates a standard grounded outlet with three prongs.
- Sketch (B): Shows a two-pole receptacle with a temporary adapter connected.
- Sketch (C): Depicts the temporary adapter with a green grounding tab.
The adapter's green grounding tab must be connected to a permanent ground, such as a properly grounded outlet box cover, using a metal screw. Temporary adapters are not permitted in Canada.
Thermal Protection
The product is equipped with a thermal resetting protection device. If the product suddenly stops, turn the main power switch OFF for at least 30 minutes before restarting.
Get Ready: Assembly
Your Human Touch massage chair requires simple assembly with no tools needed. Attach the backrest pad, seat pad, and head pillow.
Unpack the Box
Components include: Chair, Seat Pad, Backrest Pad, Head Pillow.
Assembly Steps:
- Unfold the Chair: Remove all packaging. Pull up on the backrest to unfold the chair to an upright position. The backrest locks automatically.
- Install the Backrest Pad: Attach the top flap to the top of the backrest. Smooth the bottom flaps under the backrest. Attach side flaps to the sides of the backrest. All flaps secure with hook-and-loop fasteners.
- Install the Seat Pad: Extend the footrest using the control lever. Rotate the footrest to a vertical position using the release handle. Attach the seat pad to the seat using hook-and-loop fasteners. Wrap the front flap around the chair frame and secure it to the top of the frame.
- Install the Head Pillow: Flip the flap on the back of the backrest pad upwards and over the chair. Attach the head pillow to the flap using hook-and-loop fasteners. Adjust the height for maximum comfort.
Take a Seat: Operation
Using your Human Touch massage chair is easy. Adjust the backrest and foot/calf massager to your desired position for a relaxing experience.
Power On
Plug the power cord into a grounded 120-volt outlet. Turn the master power switch (located on the bottom center of the backrest) to ON.
Adjust Footrest Height
While seated, pull the footrest control lever (on the right side) to raise the footrest to a comfortable height. Release the lever to lock.
Adjust Backrest
Use the remote control's Recline and Incline settings to adjust the backrest angle for optimal comfort.
Foot or Calf Massage

Deploy the Foot and Calf Massager: Pull the footrest rotation release handle.
- For Calf Massage: Rotate the footrest away from the chair until it clicks into position with the massager facing up. Do not force past the click point.
- For Foot Massage: Rotate the footrest until the massager faces up, but do not let it click into position; it should move freely.
- Insert Feet or Calves: Place your feet or calves into the deployed massager.
Important Notes:
- A slight pause during direction changes of the backrest or massager is normal as gears shift.
- To collapse the chair for moving, press the backrest release lever and push the backrest down.
- Do not stand or sit on the foot and calf massager.
- Always lower the footrest before exiting the chair.
Take Control: Massage Features
Select your preferred massage mode for a personalized experience. Choose from stationary modes, rolling massage, or combine them. Use the Range, Zone, and Position buttons to customize your massage, or select one of the three automatic programs.
Remote Control Functions:
- Power: Indicator lights show the master power switch status.
- Massage Programs: Automatic programs targeting specific back areas for 15 minutes. LEDs indicate the active mode. (Full Back Refresh, Neck/Shoulder Relief, Lower Back Release).
- Manual Massage Techniques: Four customizable manual techniques.
- Zone: Focuses massage on a 3-inch area using Position buttons.
- Foot + Calf Massage: Cycles through auto, high, and low speeds.
- Stop/Park: Stops massage and parks rollers at the top of the backrest.
- Range: Customizes the vertical massage range.
- Recline/Incline: Adjusts the backrest angle.
- Position: Sets roller position for stationary massage modes.
Store the remote in the convenient pocket on the left side of the chair.

Customize Massage Intensity
The massage-softening pad softens massage intensity. Remove it for a stronger massage.
To Insert/Remove Pad: Flip the head pillow back, detach the top backrest pad flap, open the zipper on the backrest pad, insert or remove the pad, close the zipper, reattach the backrest pad flap, and flip the head pillow forward. Replacement pads are available for purchase.
Care and Maintenance
Follow these guidelines to keep your chair functioning well and looking its best.
Cleaning:
- Unplug the power cord before cleaning.
- Do not use benzene, thinner, or other solvents.
- Vacuum dust from the backrest or armrests.
- Wipe soiled areas with a damp cloth, then a dry cloth.
- Use common upholstery cleaners for tough stains.
- Use only a dry cloth for the controller and power switch.
Fabric Care:
Dust or vacuum regularly. Brush suede-like fabrics with a suede brush. Wipe with a slightly damp cloth. Use mild detergent for tough stains on non-leather items. Use leather cleaner for leather items.
WARNING: Test cleaning solutions on an inconspicuous area first to prevent color fading.
Maintenance and Repair:
- The chair's mechanics are designed to be maintenance-free; no periodic lubrication or servicing is required.
- Service should only be performed by an authorized service center.
Storage:
- For long periods of non-use, cover the chair, coil the power cord, and store in a dust- and moisture-free environment.
- Do not store near heat, open flame, or direct sunlight, as this may cause fading or damage.
Miscellaneous:
- Do not insert foreign objects between massage nodes or into the unit housing.
- Avoid overloading the unit.
