Packaging: The product is shipped in 2 packages. Please ensure you have received both packages before beginning installation.
Preparation and Safety

- Manual Screwdriver
- Ladder

Important Safety Precautions:
- Handle all building pieces with care, as many have sharp edges.
- Verify all parts against the parts list before assembly. Partially assembled buildings are vulnerable to wind damage.
- Do not assemble on a windy day. Large panels can act like sails, making assembly difficult and unsafe. Monitor weather conditions.
- Keep children and pets away from the construction site until assembly is complete to prevent distractions and accidents.
- Never place your weight on the roof of the building.
- Ensure the base is constructed and an anchoring system is ready before assembly. Anchoring is crucial to prevent wind damage.
Assembly Location:
- Choose a level area with good drainage.
- Ensure sufficient space around the building for ladder access to the roof.
Teamwork:
Two or more people are recommended for assembly.
Care and Maintenance
- Do not use power washing to clean the shed.
- Store combustibles and corrosives in airtight containers designed for such materials.
Rust Protection:
Avoid nicking or scraping the coating surface, both inside and out.

Assembly Instructions
1. Shed Base Frame Assembly
Parts Used: 2L, 2R, 4B, S4, 1, C
Step 1.1: Attach two 1029.1mm panels (2L) and two 1029.1mm panels (2R) to form the base perimeter. Use four 200mm panels (4B) as cross supports. Secure using S4 screws.
Step 1.2: Attach the central support piece (1) using C brackets and S4 screws.
Step 1.3: Assemble the base frame by connecting the side panels (2L, 2R) and end panels (4B) using C brackets and S4 screws. Ensure the frame is square.
Diagrams show detailed connection points for brackets and screws.
2. Shed Side Panels Assembly
Parts Used: 7F, 7B, 10, 5, 6, F, S4, S6, S7, W7, W5, W3, 17L, 17R, S1
Step 2.1: Attach base frame components (e.g., 7F, 7B, 10) to the base structure using S4 screws and F7 washers.
Step 2.2: Install the vertical side panels (e.g., 5, 6) onto the base frame using hardware (F, S4, S6, S7).
Step 2.3: Attach the side wall panels (W7, W5, W3) to the frame. Secure using S4 screws and F7 washers.
Step 2.4: Install the door frame components (17L, 17R, W3) using S4, F7, S6, S7, and S1 hardware.
Diagrams illustrate the placement of each panel and the specific hardware used for connections. Note: Teamwork is required, more than two people recommended.
3. Shed Top Frame Assembly
Parts Used: 24L, 24R, 21L, 21R, 25, 26, 27, S4, S6, S7, F7
Step 3.1: Attach the top frame sections (24L, 24R) to the top of the side walls using S6 and S7 hardware.
Step 3.2: Install the roof support beams (25, 26, 27) across the top frame using S6, S7, and F7 hardware.
Step 3.3: Attach the remaining top frame components (21L, 21R) to the structure using S4, S6, S7, and F7 hardware.
Diagrams show how these frame pieces connect to form the roof structure.
4. Shed Roof Panel Assembly
Parts Used: W15, S4, F8, F7
Step 4.1: Place the roof panels (W15) onto the assembled top frame.
Step 4.2: Secure the roof panels using S4 screws, F8 screws, and F7 washers.
Diagrams show the placement of the roof panels and the hardware used for fastening.
5. Additional Roof Assembly
Parts Used: 19L, 19R, 20, F10, S4, S8, F7, F8, F4
Step 5.1: Attach the remaining roof panels (19L, 19R, 20) to the top structure.
Step 5.2: Secure these panels using S4, S8, F7, F8, and F4 hardware. Also use F10 connectors.

6. Door Assembly
Parts Used: 15, 16, 21, 22, M1, S2, S3, S4, S6, S7, F7, S9
Step 6.1: Assemble the door frame using parts 15, 16, 21, 22, and M1. Use S4, S6, S7, F7 hardware.
Step 6.2: Attach the door hinges (S2, S3) to the door and the shed frame.
Step 6.3: Mount the door onto the shed using the hinges.
Step 6.4: Install the door handle/latch mechanism (S9) using S6 and S7 hardware.
