Access Control Management Tools
The SALTO XS4 PPD Contactless Encoder is part of the new access control platform from SALTO, designed to enable users to control and manage a greater range of applications. It facilitates routine tasks such as editing new user keys, setting up access control plans, running diagnostics on offline devices, and performing emergency openings. SALTO has developed a useful range of tools to make these tasks easier and faster.
The SALTO key encoder range is designed to make ID carrier encoding simple and fast. Its compact design allows for easy placement on a desk and reduces the time taken for reading, encoding, or updating cards.
SALTO ENCODER ECxxxx
The encoder features:
- Read Key: Reads information held in the card, including username, issuing date, expiry date, available memory, access plan data, and other information such as tracks, ROM code, etc.
- Card Encoding: Allows users to issue or encode user key cards, assign user access profile information, and program cards with the latest cancelled key card blacklist (SVN).
- Delete Key: The encoder can remove all information from a card, allowing it to be reused and reducing structural costs.
- Key Updating: This function updates all information on an ID carrier, such as adding the latest user access profile information. It also records and updates the cancelled key blacklist on the card and collects user access events for PC analysis.
- Doongle: The ethernet version of the encoder can act as a doongle to encapsulate data for use with services like JustIN mSVN, JustIN Mobile, or other integrations.
