IKEA TRÅDFRI LED Driver
This guide provides instructions for the IKEA TRÅDFRI LED driver, a component for wireless lighting control.
Getting Started with TRÅDFRI Gateway or DIRIGERA Hub
To set up your TRÅDFRI system, download the IKEA Home smart app from the App Store or Google Play. The app will guide you through the installation process for your product and other devices.
How to Steer Your Lighting
Once connected to the mains, the product can be turned ON/OFF using the main switch or a foot switch. For dimming or connecting to other IKEA Home smart products, a separate steering device (e.g., a remote control) is required.
The steering device must be paired with your wireless product. If you have multiple wireless products, each can be paired with the steering device, allowing the entire combination to be controlled simultaneously.
Pairing a Steering Device to Your Product
- Connect at least one (1) product to the mains power before pairing. Ensure the mains power is ON.
- Locate the pairing symbol on the LED driver. Hold the steering device close to the pairing symbol (no more than 5 cm away).
- Press and hold the pairing button on the steering device for at least 10 seconds. A steady red LED light will appear on the steering device. The product will dim and flash once to indicate successful pairing.
How to Factory Reset Your Driver
If the product does not respond or you wish to un-pair it from a steering device, a factory reset may be necessary. To perform a factory reset, carefully push and hold the small button (marked RESET) on the LED driver enclosure with a pen tip, applying slight pressure.
Care Instructions
Clean the unit by wiping it with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or chemical solvents, as they can damage the product.

Do not attempt to repair this product yourself. Opening or removing covers may expose you to dangerous voltage points or other risks. Save these instructions for future reference.
