Wall Mounting (Anti-Tip Device)
To prevent furniture tipover, it is crucial to secure the unit to the wall using the provided anti-tip hardware. The included screws and plugs are designed for various wall types:
- Type A (Solid Wall): Drill an Ø 8 mm (5/16") hole, insert the plug, and then use the screw.
- Type B (Hollow Wall): Drill an Ø 8 mm (5/16") hole, insert the plug, and then use the screw.
- Type C (Solid Wood Wall): Drill an Ø 3 mm (1/8") hole and use the screw without a plug.
If you are uncertain about your wall type or the correct installation method, seek professional advice.
