Charging
Charge your product to 100% before using it the first time.
Battery Status Indicators:
- ? Orange: 0-99%
- ? Green: 100%
- ? Red: 0-10%
- ⚪️ White: 10-100%
Charging is done via USB-C with a 5V/2A input, supporting up to 5W.
Listen via Bluetooth
Step 1: Power on the speaker. The LED will be flashing white.
Step 2: On your device, go to Bluetooth settings. Select 'Karl' from the list of available devices. The LED will stop flashing white and turn off, indicating a successful connection.
Manual Bluetooth Pairing
Step 1: Power on the speaker. The LED will be flashing white.
Step 2: On your device, go to Bluetooth settings. Select 'Karl' from the list of available devices. The LED will stop flashing white and turn off.
Connect with NFC
To connect using NFC, bring your NFC-enabled smartphone close to the speaker.
A prompt will appear on your phone asking to connect to Karl. Select 'yes' to establish the connection.
Playback Controls
Play/Pause: [double tap] the power button.
Change Volume: [single tap] the volume up or down buttons.
Change Track: [single tap] the previous or next track buttons.
Phone Calls & Voice Assistant
Answer/End Call: [single tap] the power button.
Activate Voice Assistant: [triple tap] the power button.
Stereo Play (TWS)
Before starting: Remove 'Karl' from your Bluetooth list on your device.
Step 1: Power on both speakers. Ensure the LED on both speakers is flashing white.
Step 2: On one speaker (Speaker 1), [single tap] the power button. The LED will turn blue.
Step 3: On your device, enable Bluetooth and select 'Karl'. The LED on both speakers will turn off, indicating they are paired in TWS mode.
To turn off TWS: [single tap] the power button on either speaker.
Resetting the Device
Before resetting: Remove 'Karl' from your Bluetooth list on your device.
[Five taps] the power button. The LED will flash white, indicating the device has been reset.

- Do not expose the product to extreme cold, as it may damage the internal circuit board.
- Do not leave Karl in your car, especially in direct sunlight.
- Do not charge in direct sunlight. Karl operates and charges between -20 to 60 degrees Celsius.
- Rechargeable batteries have a limited number of charge cycles. Battery life and cycle count vary with usage and settings.
- Avoid liquids getting into the product.
- Before cleaning with a dry cloth, turn the power switch to OFF and unplug the power cord.
- Do not throw or stamp on the product, as this may damage the internal circuit board.
- Do not attempt to disassemble the product; this should only be done by a professional.
- Do not use concentrated chemical products or detergents for cleaning.
- Keep the surface away from sharp objects that could damage plastic parts.
- Use only 5V/2A power supplies. Using higher voltage power supplies may cause severe damage.
- Do not discard or place the lithium battery near fire or intense heat to avoid explosion risk.
