The product is a bicycle carrier with capacity to transport up to 4 bicycles.

The product is intended to be used on the towbar of a vehicle to transport bicycles.

- Do not use the product for tasks other than its intended purpose. The manufacturer cannot accept liability for any damage that is a result of improper use.
- Do not use the product if parts are missing. Speak to the retailer if the product if parts are missing.
- Do not use the product if it is damaged or is defective. Speak to an authorized service center.
- Do not repair the product. A damaged or defective product must be repaired at an authorized service center. The manufacturer cannot accept liability for any damage that is a result of unauthorized repairs.
- Make sure that you install a separate license plate on the product. The product conceals the license plate on the vehicle.
- Make sure that the ignition in the vehicle is in the off position and that the ignition key is removed before you install the product.
- Make sure that the parking brake in the vehicle is engaged before you install the product.
- Make sure that the maximum load for the axle on the vehicle is not exceeded.
- Make sure that the maximum permitted load on the towbar is not exceeded. The maximum permitted load for the towbar must be at least 60 kg.
- Make sure that the towbar is of ST 52-3 or GGG 52 type.
- Make sure that the product is fully installed and that the opening mechanism on the product is fully closed before you put bicycles on the product or operate the vehicle.
- Operate the vehicle a short distance to check all screw unions and connections after you have installed the product to the vehicle. Tighten the screws if it is necessary.
- Do not use the product at speeds over 120 km/h.
- Avoid sharp braking, sharp acceleration and sharp turns.
- Do not put more than 4 bicycles on the product.
- Be aware that the product increases the length and width of the vehicle it is installed on when you put bicycles on the product.
- Be extra careful when you reverse. The product increases the total length of the vehicle.
- Do a check of all screw unions and connections regularly. If the operating conditions are bad, do a check more often.
- Clean the product regularly.
Operation
To Install and Use the Product
Follow the instructions in the illustrations for how to install and use the product (Figures 1-20).
Note! The product conceals the license plate on the vehicle. A separate license plate must be installed on the product.
Assembly and Usage Steps:
- Figures 1-2: Show the product and its individual parts: main frame, light bar, towbar connector, bike trays, wheel straps, knobs, bolts, nuts, and washers.
- Figures 3-6: Illustrate the assembly of the main components, including attaching the light bar using bolts and nuts, and then mounting the carrier assembly onto the towbar connector. Specific angles [90° symbol] may be important during assembly.
- Figures 7-14: Detail the process of mounting the carrier onto the vehicle's towbar. This involves inserting the carrier, securing it with a locking mechanism, and verifying it is correctly and securely attached. Visual cues indicate correct [✔️] and incorrect [❌] locking states. Adjustments can be made to ensure a proper fit.
- Figures 15-18: Show the final attachment to the towbar and the process of loading bicycles. This involves securing the bikes using straps and ensuring they are stable. Warnings are displayed regarding maximum load capacity [4 bicycles], potential tilting [⚠️ symbol], and wheel diameter. Proper and improper mounting configurations are illustrated.
- Figures 19-20: Illustrate the final steps of loading bikes and then detaching the carrier from the vehicle. The process emphasizes careful handling and proper procedure for removal.
Maintenance
To Clean the Product

- Clean the product with a damp cloth after operation.
