DECLARATION OF COMPLIANCE

California Proposition 65

In accordance with nVent's ESG commitments and California's Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (or “Proposition 65”), nVent continuously strives to deliver products and services that reduce environmental and health and safety impacts when used for their intended purpose and in accordance with the performance conditions stated in product documentation. nVent declares to the best of its knowledge, based on supplier responses or its own due diligence, that any of its Electrical Connections (formerly known as Electrical & Fastening Solutions) products that contain a chemical on the Proposition 65 List are managed in accordance with the warning requirements of California Proposition 65. Such products are further set out in the table below. The Electrical Connections brands that are in-scope for this declaration are Caddy, Eriflex, Erico & Lenton.

Recognizing that regulations, standards, and available information continue to evolve, nVent closely monitors, investigates, communicates, and exercises due diligence within its supply chain to ensure continued compliance with California Proposition 65 obligations. In the event that nVent becomes aware of the presence of any Proposition 65 List chemical, whether through investigation, testing, or notification from a supplier, nVent will promptly take steps to amend labels and/or warnings and update the attached table, if necessary, in accordance with Proposition 65 requirements.
