Product Overview

The AIWA KF-H23 is a wireless headset designed for comfortable audio experience. It features controls and ports on both earcups for easy access.

Headset Diagram Description

Right Side:

  • Volume + / Next: Button to increase volume or skip to the next track.
  • Power On/Off: Multi-function button for power, play/pause, call management, and mode switching.
  • Volume - / Previous: Button to decrease volume or go to the previous track.
  • LED Indicator Light: Displays various status indications.
  • Micro SD Card Slot (TF Card Slot): For playing music directly from a memory card.
  • 3.5mm Audio Port: Main audio input/output port.

Left Side:

  • Type-C Charging Port: For charging the headset.
  • 3.5mm Audio Port: Secondary audio port, primarily for sharing audio.

Product Operation

Button Functions

ButtonDescription
Power Button (O)Switch on/off, play/pause music, answer/hang up a call. Long press 1.5 seconds to reject an incoming call. Long press for 2 seconds to switch TF mode/Bluetooth mode.
Volume + / Next Track (+)Short press to increase volume. Long press for next song.
Volume - / Previous Track (-)Short press to reduce volume. Long press for previous song.

Connecting to the Headphones

  1. Turn on Bluetooth (BT) on your mobile device.
  2. Turn on the headphones. The headphones will enter BT pairing mode.
  3. Search and connect to "AIWA KF-H23" from your mobile device. The blue light will turn on. The AIWA KF-H23 will automatically connect to the last paired device if the device is on and within connection range.

AUX-in Mode

  1. The headset has two 3.5mm audio ports: the R-side is the main audio port, and the L-side is the secondary audio port for sharing audio with another playback device.
  2. When an audio line is inserted into the R-side port, the headset will automatically turn off and enter AUX-in mode. Inserting a second AUX cable into the L-side port allows sharing audio with another playback device.
  3. The L-side AUX-in port is primarily for sharing audio. Sharing can be done in Bluetooth mode, AUX-in Mode (from R-side), or TF card mode.
  4. Avoid using the L-side audio port as an audio source input port.

Micro SD Card Slot (TF Mode)

  1. Insert a TF Card. A voice prompt "TF Mode" will announce entry into TF mode, and music will play automatically.
  2. Long press the Power Button (O) for 2 seconds to switch mode when the TF card is inserted.

LED Indicator Light Status

Battery & Charging

  • Earphone Charging: The red indicator is steady on during charging.
  • Fully Charged: The red indicator turns off.
  • Approximate Charging Time: About 2.5 hours.
  • The AIWA KF-H23 will automatically turn off after 5 minutes of disconnection/inactivity.
  • It is recommended to charge the headphones every six (6) months if not used for a long period to maintain battery health.
