The headphones feature the following components:

Magnetic Charging

To charge your headphones:

  1. Connect one end of the magnetic charging cable to the magnetic charging port on your headphones. The cable will snap securely in place when connected properly.
  2. Insert the other end of the cable into a suitable USB charging adapter.

The LED indicator light shows the charging status: Red indicates charging, and Blue indicates charging is complete. Disconnect the cable once charging is finished.

Powering On/Off

To Power On: Press and hold the Power Button ⏻ for approximately three seconds. The indicator light will flash blue for two seconds as it turns on.

To Power Off: Press and hold the Power Button ⏻ for five seconds. The indicator light will flash red for two seconds before powering off.

Note: It is recommended that the headphones be fully charged before use.

Bluetooth Pairing

Pairing Mode: Once powered on, the headphones automatically enter pairing mode. The LED indicator light will alternately flash blue and red.

To Connect: Navigate to your phone's Bluetooth settings menu. Ensure Bluetooth is turned on and connect to the device listed as "AIWA Swim".

After successful pairing, the LED indicator light will flash blue every five seconds.

Using the Headphones

Control functions:

Restore Default Settings Press and hold ➕ Button For 5 seconds.
Switch Bluetooth / Card Mode Press Button 3 times
Switch Indoor / Outdoor Mode Press Button 3 times

NOTE: In Outdoor Mode, music and call volume will increase for better audibility. In Indoor Mode, volumes return to normal.

Memory Card Mode

Your headphones can play .MP3 or .WAV music files stored on the built-in 8GB memory card.

Uploading Music

To listen to music stored on the memory card:

  1. Connect the headphones to a computer using the magnetic charging cable.
  2. Insert the cable into a USB port on your computer.
  3. Your headphones will be recognized as a mass storage device (like a USB drive).
  4. An extra drive named "Removable Disk" will appear. Open it and find the folder named "DCIM".
  5. Drag and drop or copy/paste your audio files into the DCIM folder.

NOTES: Press the Power Button ⏻ 3 times quickly to switch from Bluetooth Mode to Card Mode.

Important: For underwater listening, you must be in Card Mode and use audio stored on the built-in memory card, as Bluetooth signals do not transmit underwater.

  3. Parental supervision is advised if children or infirm individuals use the product.
  4. Do not expose the product to excessive heat or fire.
  5. Do not expose the product to temperatures above 100°F (37.8°C). Keep out of direct sunlight.
  6. Do not attempt to repair the product yourself; contact a qualified service center.
  7. Do not drop, crush, or expose the product to excessive physical force.
  8. This product is not intended for commercial use.
  9. When charging, ensure charging cables are well-ventilated and kept away from flammable materials like bedding or synthetic fabrics.

Maintenance and Care

Warning: To prevent hearing damage, avoid listening at high volume levels for extended periods. For your safety, be aware of your surroundings when using these headphones.

This warranty covers products that fail to function properly UNDER NORMAL USAGE, due to defects in material or workmanship. The product will be repaired or replaced at no charge for parts or labor for a period of one year.

What Is Not Covered By Warranty

Damages or malfunctions not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, and damages or malfunctions from other than normal use, including, but not limited to, repair by unauthorized parties, tampering, modification, or accident.

To receive warranty service, including the name and address of an authorized product service center, the original consumer purchaser must contact Aiwa for problem determination and service procedures. Proof of purchase (bill of sale or receipted invoice) within the applicable warranty period MUST be presented. It is the customer's responsibility to properly package and send any defective products, along with a dated copy of proof of purchase, a written explanation of the problem, and a valid return address to the authorized service center at their expense. Do not include any other items or accessories with the defective product. Products received by the authorized service center that are not covered by warranty will be returned unrepaired.
