Product Overview

The AIWA NB-A23TANC is a wireless headset designed for an immersive audio experience. It features Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), Transparency mode, and Normal mode for versatile listening environments.

Warning:

Using earphones/headphones at moderate to high volumes for extended periods may result in permanent hearing damage. It is recommended to keep media playback volume levels from low to moderate. Do not use earphones while performing activities that require hearing surrounding noises/sounds (e.g., driving, cycling, jogging).

Battery & Charging

During earphone charging, the LED indicator is steady. Once fully charged, the LED indicator turns off. Approximate charging time is about 2.5 hours. The AIWA NB-A23TANC earphones will automatically turn off after 5 minutes of disconnection. It is recommended to charge the earphones at least once every six (6) months to maintain battery health.

When a 3.5mm audio cable is connected to the audio jack, the headphones will automatically power off, disconnect from Bluetooth mode, and switch to AUX-in mode. In AUX-in mode, the headphones can receive audio input through the 3.5mm audio connection. Note: It is not recommended to use AUX-in mode while the headphones are still powered on, as this may cause abnormal functioning of the headphones.

Pairing & Connecting

Single Device Pairing:

  1. Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device.
  2. Turn on the headphones. The headphones will enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
  3. Search for and connect to "AIWA NB-A23TANC" from your mobile device.

The AIWA NB-A23TANC will automatically connect to the last paired device if it is turned on and within connection range.

Multi-connect (Up to 2 devices/audio sources):

The AIWA NB-A23TANC can connect to up to two mobile devices simultaneously. To pair with two devices:

  1. Turn on Bluetooth on mobile device A.
  2. Turn on the headphones. The headphones will enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
  3. Search for and connect to "AIWA NB-A23TANC" from mobile device A.
  4. Turn off Bluetooth on mobile device A and repeat the above steps for mobile device B.
  5. Turn on mobile device A again, and the headphones will automatically pair to both devices.
