Battery & Charging
Earphone Charging: The red LED indicator is steady during charging. It turns off when fully charged. Approximate charging time is 1.5 hours.
The AIWA NB-A23E Earphones will automatically turn off after 5 minutes of disconnection or inactivity.
To maintain battery health, charge the earphones at least every six (6) months if not in regular use.
Audio Playback via AUX 3.5mm Port:
Connect the 3.5mm audio cable to your audio source and headphones. This automatically switches the headphones to "Passive mode," where power is not drawn from the built-in batteries. It is recommended to turn off the headphones before listening via the AUX 3.5mm Audio Cable to avoid potential issues.
Product Operation
Power On/Off:
Slide the power button up to turn on and down to turn off the headphones.
Controls:
- Volume Down (Short Press): Decreases volume.
- Previous Song (Long Press): Plays the previous song.
- Answer/Hang Up Call (Short Press): Answers or hangs up a call.
- Reject Call (Long Press): Rejects an incoming call.
- Redial Last Number (Double Click): Calls back the last dialed number.
- Play/Pause (Short Press): Toggles playback.
- Volume Up (Short Press): Increases volume.
- Next Song (Long Press): Plays the next song.
Connecting to the Headphones
Bluetooth Pairing:
- Turn on Bluetooth (BT) on your mobile device.
- Turn on the headphones. The headphones will enter BT pairing mode, indicated by alternating red and blue LED flashes.
- Search for and connect to "AIWA NB-A23E" from your mobile device's Bluetooth settings.
- The AIWA NB-A23E will automatically connect to the last paired device if it is turned on and within connection range.
Multi-Connect (Up to 2 Devices):
The AIWA NB-A23E can connect to up to two mobile devices simultaneously. To pair with two devices:
- Turn on Bluetooth (BT) on mobile device A.
- Turn on the headphones (they will enter BT pairing mode).
- Search for and connect to "AIWA NB-A23E" from mobile device A.
- Turn off BT on mobile device A and repeat the above steps for mobile device B.
- Turn on mobile device A again, and the headphones will automatically pair to both devices.

- If the purchase date is filled incorrectly, free service may be denied. If there is a dispute over the purchase date, a purchase receipt (paper or electronic invoice) must be presented.
