Installation Applications
The convection steam oven can be installed in a standard or flush inset application. It requires a flat, level base with a minimum support of 100 lbs (45 kg). The electrical supply must be in an adjacent cabinet, deeper than 24” (610) for standard installation or 25" (635) for flush inset.
Standard Installation
The oven is installed from the front, with face trim overlapping stiles and rails. Trim overlaps are:
- Top Overlap: 3/16" (5)
- Bottom Overlap: 0" (0)
- Side Overlap: 313/16" (97)
Flush Inset Installation
For flush inset installations, the inside edges of the rough opening must be finished (stained, not laminated) to prevent damage from heat and steam.
Combination Installations
The Wolf convection steam oven with trim is approved for installation with Wolf cooktops, built-in ovens, microwaves, and warming drawers. Refer to illustrations on following pages for typical combinations.

Electrical Requirements
NOTES:
- Electrical supply placement: Use adjacent cabinet within reach of the 6' (1.8 m) power cord if cabinets are not deeper than 24" (610) for standard or 25" (635) for flush inset installation.
- Follow all National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations, local codes, and ordinances.
- Performance may be compromised if supply is less than 240 volts. A ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) is not recommended as it may cause interruption.
Electrical Requirements Summary
Electrical Supply | 240/208 VAC, 60 Hz |
Service | 20 amp dedicated circuit |
Receptacle | NEMA 6-20R grounding-type |
Power Cord | 6' (1.8) |
WARNING: ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD. Plug into a grounded 3-prong outlet. Do not remove the ground prong or use an adapter. Failure to follow these instructions can result in electrical shock, fire, or death!
To minimize shock hazard, plug the power cord into a grounding-type receptacle conforming to the NEC (ANSI/NFPA 70) or Canadian Electrical Code (CSA), and all local codes and ordinances.

INSTALLING THE OVEN
Installation Without Trim
NOTE: Protect flooring and cabinetry before moving the oven.
- Move the convection steam oven near the installation opening. Remove and discard packing materials.
- Place the oven in the opening. Rest it on the cabinet base support and slide it in until approximately 6" (152) from being fully installed. Guide the power cord through the adjacent cabinet or base support opening, ensuring it is not trapped.
- Once positioned, open the oven door to locate the four mounting holes on the oven side trim. Use a 1/16" drill bit to drill pilot holes into the cabinet.
- Secure the oven to the cabinet using the provided mounting screws.
NOTE: A 90-degree door stop may be needed to prevent interference with adjacent appliance or cabinet doors.
WARNING: Failure to install mounting screws can allow the oven to tip forward during use!

Installation With Trim
NOTES:
- Trim kits are optional accessories. Trim panel appearance may vary. Not all trim kit parts may be used.
- Protect flooring and cabinetry before moving the oven.
- Move the convection steam oven into position near the installation opening. Remove and discard packing materials.
- Position the trim panels as shown. Ensure the four mounting holes align with the bottom of the four spacers.
- Place the oven in the opening, resting it on the cabinet base support. Slide the unit in until approximately 6" (152) from being fully installed. Guide the power cord through the adjacent cabinet or base support opening, ensuring it is not trapped.
- Continue sliding the unit until it is 1/2" (13) proud of the cabinet face frame. Open the oven door and locate the four mounting holes on the oven side trim. Use a 1/16" drill bit to drill pilot holes into the cabinet.
- Place the left trim panel behind the oven side trim. Slide the left side of the oven back and install two mounting screws to hold the trim. Repeat for the right trim panel.
