Specifications
Installation Requirements
The convection steam oven can be installed in standard or flush inset configurations. A minimum base support of 100 lbs (45 kg) is required. The electrical supply must be located in an adjacent cabinet.
For standard installations, the front trim overlaps stiles and rails. For flush inset installations, a minimum 1/8" (3 mm) reveal is required on all sides. Ensure corners are exactly 90° for consistent reveals. Finish the opening edges, as they may be visible when the door is open.
INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS | BASE SUPPORT | TRIM OVERLAP | 24" MODEL | 30" MODEL |
---|---|---|---|---|
Convection Steam Oven | MIN 100 lb (45 kg) | Top | 3/16" (5) | 3/16" (5) |

Electrical Requirements
Installation must adhere to all applicable electrical codes, including the National Electrical Code (ANSI/NFPA 70). The electrical supply for the oven must be in an adjacent cabinet, within reach of the 6 ft (1.8 m) power cord. A dedicated circuit serving only this appliance is mandatory. A Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) is not recommended as it may interrupt operation. Performance may be affected if the electrical supply is less than 240 volts.
Electrical Requirements Summary:
- Electrical Supply: Grounded, 240/208 VAC, 60 Hz
- Service: 20 amp dedicated circuit
- Receptacle: NEMA 6-20R grounding-type
- Power Cord: 6' (1.8 m)
WARNING: ELECTRICAL SHOCK HAZARD: Always plug into a grounded 3-prong outlet. Do not remove the ground prong. Do not use an adapter. Failure to follow these instructions can result in electric shock, fire, or death.

Installation
Preparation
Before moving the oven, protect finished flooring and secure the oven door closed to prevent damage. Use an appliance dolly to move the unit near the opening. Remove and recycle packing materials. Do not lift or carry the oven by the door handle.
Oven Door Removal
To remove the oven door: Open the door completely. Rotate both hinge latches forward to the open position. Close the door to the at-rest position, then lift up and out. Refer to the illustrations below.
To reinstall: Insert door hinges into frame openings. Open the oven door completely and rotate both hinge latches back to the closed position.
Diagrams:

- Door at-rest position: Illustrates the oven door slightly ajar, positioned for removal.
Installation Procedure
Place the oven in the opening and slide it back partially. Guide the power cord through the adjacent cabinet opening and slide the oven fully back. Ensure the power cord is not trapped between the oven and cabinet wall.
Locate the two mounting holes on each side of the oven's side trim. Drill 1/16" pilot holes. Use the provided mounting screws to secure the oven to the cabinetry. Refer to the illustration below.
A 90° door stop may be required for adjacent appliances or cabinet doors to prevent interference.
CAUTION: Failure to install the mounting screws may cause the oven to tip forward during use.
