Reset Instructions
Reset for AP Configuration
Press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds using a pin until the LED blinks intermittently. Do not hold for more than 10 seconds, otherwise it will enter Smart Setup mode.
Reset for Smart Configuration
Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds using a pin until the LED blinks rapidly.

- Cannot connect the device to the app, what is the problem? Ensure your wireless network is on the 2.4 GHz frequency and the password is no more than 32 characters. Also, ensure no more than 15 devices (including phones, tablets, laptops) are connected to the network.

I tried to learn a remote control, but it doesn't work. What can I do?
- Consult the instructions before learning to identify the type of remote control used and select correctly.
- During IR learning, a short press of the physical remote button is required, while during RF learning, a long press is necessary.

I cannot find the device in Amazon Alexa and Google Home apps, what should I do?
- Alexa and Google Home will recognize devices controlled by the remote, not the remote itself.
- Ensure that IR and RF devices can be controlled from external networks within the BroadLink app before searching for them in Alexa and Google Home.

- Use a suitable adapter with an output power of 5V DC 1A.
- The remote control is intended for indoor use only in dry environments.
- The hardware part of the product supports frequencies between 305-335MHz and 430-440MHz. However, frequencies of 305-335 MHz are not available in several countries and regions, such as the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and all European countries.
