Hanwha Vision recommends using the officially compatible VMS version or the latest Hanwha NVR version when integrating with VMS or Hanwha NVR.

Environmental Compliance

[Eco Symbol] Hanwha Vision is committed to environmental responsibility throughout the product lifecycle. The Eco mark signifies Hanwha Vision's commitment to creating environmentally friendly products and indicates compliance with the European Union's RoHS Directive.

[WEEE Disposal Symbol] This symbol on the product, accessories, or documentation indicates that the product and its electronic accessories (charger, headphones, USB cable, etc.) should not be disposed of with household waste. Please separate used products and accessories from other waste to facilitate material recycling for sustainable development. Individuals are encouraged to contact their retailer or local authorities for collection procedures. Businesses and professionals should contact their suppliers and consult their sales contract conditions. This product and its accessories cannot be disposed of with other commercial waste.

[Battery Disposal Symbol] The symbol on the battery, manual, or packaging indicates that the product's batteries should not be disposed of with household waste at the end of their life. The presence of chemical symbols Hg, Cd, or Pb signifies that the battery contains mercury, cadmium, or lead above the reference levels stipulated in EU Directive 2006/66. Improper battery disposal can harm human health or the environment. To protect natural resources and encourage material reuse, separate batteries from other waste types and recycle them through your local free battery collection system.

7. Do not obstruct ventilation openings. Proceed with installation according to the manufacturer's instructions.
8. Do not install the appliance near heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, or other heat-producing appliances (including amplifiers).
9. Ensure compliance with grounding and polarized outlet safety. A polarized outlet has two slots, one wider than the other. A grounded outlet has two slots and a third prong for grounding. The third prong, wider than the other two, is for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit your wall outlet, ask an electrician to replace the obsolete outlet.
10. Ensure that no one walks on or trips over the power cord, especially near the plugs, outlets, and where they are located.
11. Use only accessories or additional products specified by the manufacturer.
12. Use only a cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table recommended by the manufacturer or sold with the appliance. If using a cart, move the cart carrying the appliance with caution to avoid injuries from accidental tipping.
13. Unplug this appliance during lightning storms or prolonged periods of non-use.
14. For all maintenance work, please refer to qualified personnel. Maintenance is necessary if the appliance has been damaged in any way, such as a damaged power cord, spilled liquid, objects dropped on the appliance, exposure to rain and humidity, abnormal operation, or if it has fallen.
15. This product is intended to be powered by a UL-certified power supply unit marked "Class 2" or "LPS" or "PS2" with a rated value of 0.25 A for 5 Vdc.
