General Terms and Conditions and Personal Data Management
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and information on personal data management apply to the „IKEA Plan and Order Point in Debrecen turns 2" event.

The activity will take place in the FÓRUM Debrecen Shopping Centre. The organizer reserves the right to change the program.
Aim of the Activity
To celebrate the second anniversary of the IKEA Plan and Order Point in Debrecen, the event will feature the FABLER bear mascot for children, food tasting, and a lucky wheel gift draw for IKEA Family members. Prizes include products from the promotion.
IKEA Lucky Wheel Details
Interested individuals can obtain details about the game and participation rules from IKEA Family hosts at the IKEA counter on the ground floor of the shopping centre during the event. IKEA Family registration closes 10 minutes before the game concludes.
At the start of the game, participants will be informed of the conditions. Both new and existing IKEA Family members are eligible to spin the lucky wheel for a chance to win promotional products.
Conditions for Participation:
- Valid IKEA Family membership
- IKEA Family member number (digital or physical)
Participation requires presenting the IKEA Family member number. The hostess will record necessary data. Participants then spin the wheel to determine their prize.

Game Duration and Prize Limitations
The game will continue as long as the stock of participating products lasts. IKEA Furnishing Ltd. reserves the right to change the promotional products.
Each IKEA Family member can receive only one gift during the activity.
Costs and Charges
Common charges directly related to the prize will be covered by the Organizers. Any additional costs for the winner, such as travel expenses, shipping, or postage, must be borne by the winner.
Mixed Provisions
Participation implies automatic acceptance of these regulations and waiver of legal claims against the Organizer or any third party. Participants under 18 years old are deemed to have their legal representative's consent.
Winners are entitled to claim quality defects of gifts within the scope of the IKEA guarantee associated with the prize.
Organizers reserve the right to change these terms, suspend, or terminate the game at any time. Participants who do not comply with the rules, engage in abuse, manipulation, or act in bad faith will be excluded from the game without notice. Organizer decisions are final and binding.
IKEA may take photographs of participants. These will be stored on IKEA servers and used until April 5, 2026.
The event's smooth operation is supported by external partners: Student Iskolaszövetkezet, Dexium Ingatlanfejlesztő Kft., and ECE Projektmanagement Budapest Kft.
Safety: Attendees must follow the requests, instructions, and warnings of facility employees for safety operations.
Compliance: Participants must adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and the FÓRUM Debrecen house rules. Violation of house rules leads to exclusion.

Liability: Participation is at your own risk. Organizers are not liable for accidents on the premises.
Prohibitions: No individuals under the influence of alcohol or narcotics are permitted. Smoking is strictly forbidden, except in designated areas.
Animals: Pets are allowed according to FÓRUM Debrecen house rules.
Commercial Activity: Prohibited (e.g., stickers, flyers, advertising, gambling, recording without permission).
Order and Damage: Organizers may take action to maintain order. Malicious damage incurs financial liability.
Forbidden Items: Cigarettes, paper bags, plastic cups, sparklers, firecrackers, backpacks, sticks, or other accident-prone objects are strictly forbidden.
Entry to the event area implies automatic acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
Personal Data Management
IKEA Furnishing Ltd. acts as the data controller for personal data collected for event participation and registration.
Data processing is based on voluntary consent. Refusal to provide data will prevent participation.
Personal data will be stored by IKEA Furnishing Ltd. until April 5, 2026. The IKEA store Local Marketing department is responsible for data deletion.
Participants have rights regarding their data, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. These rights can be exercised via the contact details provided.
Complaints can be submitted to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (www.naih.hu, email: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu).
Participants may withdraw their consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to withdrawal.
