Important Information & Guidelines
The installation of this product is intended for adequately trained and experienced persons. You are installing the product at your own risk. If you are not properly trained or experienced, or feel unsure about the installation procedure, please refrain from installing the product yourself and contact EKWB tech support for assistance. EKWB disclaims liability for any damages to the product, as well as incidental, consequential, or indirect damages incurred due to improper or inappropriate installation.
Before you start using this product, please follow these basic guidelines:
- Carefully read this manual before beginning with the installation process.
- EK Fittings require only a small amount of force to screw them firmly in place, as the liquid seal is ensured with rubber O-ring gaskets.
- The use of quality, market-proven corrosion-inhibiting coolants is always strongly recommended for any liquid cooling system.
- Do not use pure distilled water as a cooling liquid. For best results, EKWB recommends the use of EK-CryoFuel Coolants.
EK-Quantum Surface Radiators
EK-Quantum Surface Radiators feature a classical U-shape coolant flow, with inlet and outlet ports located on the same side of the radiator. You can choose which port serves as the inlet and which as the outlet in your custom loop.
Setup Configurations
The radiator is shown in a 3D isometric view, depicting its fin structure and ports. The EK logo is visible in the top right corner.
Setup 1: First Flow Direction
This setup illustrates the first flow direction for the EK-Quantum Surface P360M Radiator, which is a Multiport radiator. On a non-multiport radiator, you can select only one inlet and one outlet port.

Setup 2: Second Flow Direction
This setup illustrates the second flow direction for the EK-Quantum Surface P360M Radiator, which is a Multiport Radiator. On a non-multiport radiator, you can select only one inlet and one outlet port.

Important Notes on Port Usage
- ⚠️ EKWB recommends using the same number of inlets and outlets for optimal performance!
- ⚠️ It is mandatory to use the extenders on any inlet and outlet position!
- ⚠️ If the radiator is transferred from its stock position, check if the extenders are tightened to avoid leakage!
- ℹ️ The same port setup applies for all EK-Quantum Surface radiator variants!
On Multiport Radiators, opposing the inlet/outlet side, there is an extra port for filling or draining the loop.
