Preparation for First Use
- Unpack the appliance and remove all labels.
- Wipe the appliance body with a damp cloth and then dry it thoroughly.
Using the Appliance
Installation:
- Place the electric stove on a flat, horizontal surface.
- Do not block the ventilation openings to prevent overheating.
- Ensure a minimum distance of 10 cm from walls.
- Place suitable cookware in the center of the cooking zone. Do not use the appliance without cookware or with an empty pot, as the overheat protection system may activate.
Cookware Selection:
For induction hobs to work correctly, cookware must have ferromagnetic properties (attracted by a magnet).
- Enameled cast iron, steel, or iron cookware.
- Cookware specifically designed for induction hobs.
- Cookware with a base diameter between 12 cm and 26 cm.
Attention: Cookware made of glass, ceramic, non-ferrous metals (like aluminum or copper), or cookware with a base diameter less than 12 cm is NOT SUITABLE for induction hobs.
Control Panel Description
Description of the control panel: The control panel features a digital display [display] showing settings and indicators. Buttons include: Power On/Off [power] (6), program selection buttons for Boil [boil] (1), Fry [fry] (2), Stew [stew] (3), Slow Stew [slow stew] (4), a Timer button [timer] (5), and adjustment buttons for decreasing [minus] (9) and increasing [plus] (10) settings. A power indicator [power indicator] (8) is also present.
Connect the power cord to the mains. Press the [power] button (6). A beep will sound, and the display will show "- -:- -".
The appliance has four automatic cooking programs:
- BOIL: For boiling.
- FRY: For frying.
- STEW: For stewing.
- SLOW STEW: For slow cooking/simmering.
All operations are accompanied by audible signals. User-defined time, power, and temperature settings are displayed.
You can stop the appliance at any time by pressing the [power] button.
BOIL: Default power is 1600W. Adjust power using the [plus] and [minus] buttons, from 200W to 2000W. There are 8 power levels: 200/500/800/1000/1300/1600/1800/2000W.
FRY: Default temperature is 240°C. Adjust temperature using the [plus] and [minus] buttons, from 80°C to 270°C. There are 8 temperature levels: 80/100/130/160/180/210/240/270°C.
STEW: Default power is 1300W. Manual power adjustment is not available for this program.
SLOW STEW: Default power is 500W. Manual power adjustment is not available for this program.
Timer Settings
After selecting a cooking program, you can set the automatic shut-off time using the timer.
For "BOIL" and "FRY" programs, the timer range is from 10 minutes to 3 hours. After starting one of these programs, press the [timer] button. The display will show the minimum time "0:10".
Set the desired time for the program to stop by pressing the [plus] or [minus] buttons. The time can be set from 0:10 to 3:00 in 10-minute increments. To decrease the time settings, press the [minus] button for 1-minute increments. After setting the timer, the display will count down to the automatic shut-off.
For "STEW" and "SLOW STEW" programs, the timer range is from 30 minutes to 24 hours. After starting one of these programs, press the [timer] button. The display will show the minimum time "0:30".
Set the desired time by pressing the [plus] or [minus] buttons, from 0:30 to 24:00 in 30-minute increments. To decrease the time settings, press the [minus] button for 1-minute increments. The display will count down.
You can change the set time at any point by repeating the process. Other settings will remain unchanged.
To disable the timer function, reset it to "0:00" on the display. You can also simply turn off the appliance by pressing the [power] button. All power, temperature, and time settings will revert to default.
Power Supply Monitoring
To display the current mains voltage, press the [power] button (4). An example display shows "2 3.0 V".
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Regularly clean the appliance and the cooking surface. Always unplug the appliance from the power supply before cleaning.
- Allow the appliance to cool down completely.
- Wipe the external surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners, organic solvents, or aggressive liquids. For the cooking surface, use special cleaners for ceramic glass hobs.
Storage and Transportation
Ensure the appliance is unplugged and completely cool before storing. Follow cleaning instructions before storage. Store in a place with positive temperature and humidity not exceeding 80%. Storage duration is unlimited. Ensure packaging is protected during transportation.
Disposal
Packaging, user manual, and the appliance itself should be disposed of according to local recycling programs. Do not discard with regular household waste.
