- Pedal Socket Installation: Connect the pedal socket to the designated port at the bottom of the piano body.
Tip: Use the packing foam or soft objects to place under the piano body to prevent scratching the surface during installation.
Piano Sockets (Rear Panel)
The rear panel of the piano features several connection ports:
- 1. Headphone Socket: Connect headphones here.
- 2. Audio Output: Connect to external speakers.
- 3. Power Supply Socket: Connect the power adapter here. Unplug when not in use for extended periods. The piano will automatically shut off after 30 minutes of inactivity.
- 4. Sustain Pedal Socket: Connect the sustain pedal.
- 5. USB Port: Connect to computers, mobile phones, tablets, and iPads for practice, composition, or teaching.
- 6. Volume Control: Adjust the main output level.
- 7. Power Switch: Turn the piano on or off.
- 8. Triple-Pedal: Connect the triple pedal unit.
Triple Pedal Functions
- Damper Pedal (Right): Sustains notes after being pressed. The sustain effect ends immediately upon release.
- Sostenuto Pedal (Middle): Sustains notes that are currently playing but does not sustain newly played notes. This allows for holding chords or bass notes while playing other sounds staccato.
- Soft Pedal (Left): Reduces the volume and slightly alters the timbre of played notes. Notes played before pressing the pedal are unaffected.
Piano Maintenance
Proper maintenance and protection are crucial for prolonging the product's lifespan and reducing faults. Avoid storing the piano in environments with direct sunlight, high temperatures, excessive humidity, dust, or strong vibrations. Do not place the piano near electrical devices to avoid interference. Clean the piano with a slightly damp cloth; avoid using thinners, alcohol, or harsh chemicals. Do not move the piano violently or place heavy objects on it.
