Congratulations on your new DONNER electronic piano! It has advanced functionality and great sonic quality. This manual provides instructions for better use and important safety information. With proper care, this DONNER electronic piano will be a great musical companion for years to come.
Important Information and Safety Warnings
Before using this product, please read the following important information and warnings to avoid serious injury, death, or damage.
- Always check the AC power supply and cord for damage before use. Do not use damaged equipment.
- Children under 3 years old should not use the electronic keyboard.
- Use only the provided power supply. The power supply is not a toy.
- Disconnect the AC power supply before cleaning.
- Do not expose the piano to rain or humid places. Do not place liquid containers on the piano.
- If the power cord or plug is worn, damaged, or if you notice strange odors or smoke, turn off the power immediately, remove the plug, and contact a qualified technician.
- Ensure the power supply voltage is 100V~240V AC. Incorrect voltage can cause damage.
- Do not open or modify the piano's internal components. Repairs should only be performed by qualified technicians.
- Do not place the piano in unstable locations or where it may fall.
- Avoid strong collisions, which can cause damage or personal injury.
- Do not use corrosive solvents for cleaning. Use a dry, soft cloth.
- When connecting to other devices, turn off all power first and set volumes to minimum. Gradually increase volume after starting.
- Do not place the piano near heat sources or other appliances that may cause interference.
- Do not place heavy objects on the piano or use excessive force on keys or controls.
- Adjust volume appropriately to prevent hearing damage from prolonged use at high volumes.
- When removing the power plug, hold the plug itself, not the cord.
- Remove the power plug during long periods of non-use or thunderstorms.

Setup and Overview
Power Connection
1. Ensure the power switch is OFF. 2. Connect the power cord to the DC jack on the piano and then to the power outlet. 3. Turn all volume controls to minimum before turning on. 4. Turn all volume controls to minimum before turning off the power switch.
Warning: When not in use, or during thunderstorms, please remove the power plug from the wall socket.
Warning: Ensure the power supply voltage is 100V~240V AC. The power socket should be grounded. Do not remove the power cord while the piano is turned on.
Sockets and Interfaces
Back Panel Sockets
The back panel features ports for Audio In/Out, MIDI In/Out, USB, Headphone, and Power input (DC 15V 1.5A).
Three Pedal Interface
This electronic piano includes three pedals: Damper Pedal (Right), Sostenuto Pedal (Middle), and Soft Pedal (Left). Connect the pedal cord to the pedal connector at the bottom of the piano.
- Damper Pedal: Sustains notes after they are played. The effect ends when the pedal is released.
- Sostenuto Pedal: Sustains notes that are currently being played when the pedal is pressed, but new notes played while the pedal is held will not be sustained. Useful for sustaining chords or bass notes while playing other parts staccato.
- Soft Pedal: Reduces the volume and alters the timbre of the notes played. Notes played before the pedal was depressed are not affected.
Caution: Ensure the pedal support bolts are installed and grounded before depressing the pedals to avoid trampling the tread.
Controls and Features
Control Panel Overview
The control panel includes:
- MASTER VOL: Knob to adjust the main volume of the piano.
- RHYTHM VOL: Knob to adjust accompaniment, demo music, and metronome volume.
- SWITCH: Power ON/OFF switch. Ensure all volume knobs are at minimum before turning on.
- DIGITAL PIANO Display: Shows current settings.
- Function Buttons: Voice, Rhythm, Demo Song, Syn/Start, Chords, Metronome, Strength, Speed -, Speed +.
Voice Selection
The product contains 200 instrument sounds. The default voice is Grand Piano (000). Use the [Voice] button and [+/-] buttons to select and change voices. Double-press [Voice] to return to the Grand Piano voice.
Rhythm Selection
There are 200 rhythms (000-200). The default rhythm is 000. Press the [Rhythm] button and use [+/-] buttons to select rhythms. The accompaniment speed adjusts automatically when a rhythm is selected.
Accompaniment Speed
Use the [Speed -] and [Speed +] buttons to adjust the accompaniment speed from 20-280 beats per minute. Pressing both [Speed -] and [Speed +] simultaneously resets the speed to the rhythm's preset value.
Demo Songs
Press the [Demo Song] button to play a demo song. Use [+/-] to select tracks. Press [Demo Song] again to stop.
Start Accompaniment
Two methods: 1. Press [Sync/Start] to enter preparation mode; playing starts the accompaniment. Press [Start/Stop] to stop. 2. Press [Start/Stop] to start accompaniment immediately. Press again to stop.
Comprehensive Chords
This piano supports single finger and multiple finger chord modes. Press the [Comprehensive Chords] button to enable/disable the automatic chord function, which plays chords based on notes played on the left side of the keyboard.
Metronome and Beat Set
Press the [Metronome] button to start. Use [Speed -/+] to adjust tempo (20-280 BPM). Press [Metronome] again to turn off. Long press [Metronome] to select beat types (e.g., 4/4, 3/4). The tempo will reset to default upon restarting the piano.
Strength Curves
Set touch sensitivity with 3 curves: light (t00), standard (t01 - default), and heavy (t02). Press the [Strength] button to cycle through settings.
Transpose Function
Press [+] and [-] buttons simultaneously to enter transposition mode. Use [+/-] to select transposition from ±12 semitones. Press [Voice] or [Rhythm] to exit.
MIDI Interface
MIDI (Musical Instrument Digital Interface) allows data transmission between instruments and computers for arranging, composing, and recording. The piano has MIDI In/Out ports and a USB port. Turn off power before connecting computers or other machines.
Body Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps for correct assembly. Ensure all parts are present before starting.
- Remove the main unit from the box and protective packaging. Keep packaging materials for half a month.
- Handle the device horizontally and carefully to avoid pinching hands or dropping it.
- Do not overtighten screws, as this can damage them.
- Place the assembled device on a flat, stable surface. Do not place directly on the floor to avoid damaging interfaces and brackets.
- Ensure the pedal support bolt (black plum plastic part) is screwed until it touches the ground to support pedal force.
