The ProtoArc EM05 NL is a versatile vertical trackball mouse offering both 2.4G wireless and Bluetooth connectivity.

DPI Adjustment:
Press the DPI button (H) to adjust cursor sensitivity. The indicator light (F) will flash to show the current DPI level:
- 1 flash: DPI level 200
- 2 flashes: DPI level 400
- 3 flashes: DPI level 800
- 4 flashes: DPI level 1200
- 5 flashes: DPI level 1600
Connectivity Options
2.4G USB Connection
Follow these steps to connect using the 2.4G wireless receiver:
- Turn the power switch (N) to the ON position. The power indicator will show ON.
- Locate and take out the USB receiver (O) from its storage slot on the mouse.
- Press the channel switch button (M) until the white light for channel 1 is on. This indicates the 2.4G USB channel is selected.
- Insert the USB receiver (O) into an available USB port on your computer. The computer should detect the mouse automatically.
Bluetooth Connection
Follow these steps to connect via Bluetooth:
- Turn the power switch (N) to the ON position.
- Press the channel switch button (M) to select channel 2 or 3 for Bluetooth. The corresponding Bluetooth indicator (J or K) will flash slowly.
- Press and hold the channel switch button (M) for 3-5 seconds until the white light flashes quickly. This signifies the mouse has entered Bluetooth pairing mode.
- On your device (computer, tablet, etc.), navigate to Bluetooth settings. Search for and select "ProtoArc EM05 NL".
- Start Bluetooth pairing. The connection is complete when the device shows "Connected" or similar status.
Switch Connection Channel
After establishing connections via 2.4G USB, Bluetooth 1, or Bluetooth 2, you can switch between paired devices by pressing the channel switch button (M) located on the bottom of the mouse. The indicator light will change to show the active channel (1 for 2.4G, 2 or 3 for Bluetooth).
The mouse supports connection to up to three devices simultaneously, allowing seamless switching between them.
Charging Guide
Follow these instructions to charge your ProtoArc EM05 NL mouse:
- When the mouse power is low, the charging indicator (F) and the currently active channel indicator will flash until turned off.
- Insert the included Type-C charging cable into the mouse's charging port (I). The charging indicator (F) will turn red, indicating charging is in progress.
- The charging time is approximately 1-3.5 hours. The indicator light (F) will turn green when the mouse is fully charged.
Please use the charging cable provided with the mouse. If using an alternative cable, ensure it is a USB-A to Type-C cable.
