DPI, Light, and Effect Modes
DPI Button Functionality
Press the DPI button (P) to adjust cursor sensitivity. The DPI Indicator (O) will flash to signify the selected DPI level:
- 1 flash: DPI 200
- 2 flashes: DPI 400
- 3 flashes: DPI 800
- 4 flashes: DPI 1200
- 5 flashes: DPI 1600
Light Mode
To conserve power, the LED lighting will automatically turn off after 30 seconds of inactivity. The lights will reactivate when the mouse is moved or a button is pressed.
Light Effect Mode
The RGB lighting can be set to various modes using the Light Switch Button (I):
- Streamer
- Breathing
- Steady On
- Neon
- Off
Connection Methods
2.4G USB Connection
Follow these steps to connect using the 2.4G wireless receiver:
- Turn the Power Switch (Q) on the bottom of the mouse to the 'ON' position. ➡️
- Carefully remove the USB Receiver (S) from its storage slot on the bottom of the mouse. ?
- Press the Channel Switch Button (N) on the bottom of the mouse until the white indicator light labeled '1' (M) illuminates, indicating the 2.4G channel is selected. ?1️⃣
- Insert the USB Receiver (S) into an available USB port on your computer. ?
Bluetooth Connection
Connect wirelessly via Bluetooth to up to two devices.
- Turn the Power Switch (Q) on the bottom of the mouse to the 'ON' position. ➡️
- Press the Channel Switch Button (N) to select either channel '2' (L) or channel '3' (K). The corresponding Bluetooth indicator light will flash slowly. To enter pairing mode, press and hold the Channel Switch Button (N) for 3-5 seconds until the light flashes quickly. ??
- On your device (computer, tablet, smartphone), navigate to Bluetooth settings ⚙️. Search for and select "ProtoArc EM05" from the list of available devices. Initiate pairing and wait for the connection to complete. The indicator light will become solid once connected. ✔️
Charging Guide
Keep your mouse powered up with the included Type-C cable.
- When the mouse's battery power is low, the Charging Indicator (G) and the indicator for the currently active channel will flash until the mouse powers off.
- Connect the Type-C charging cable to the TYPE-C Charging Port (J) on the mouse. During charging, the indicator light will be red.
- Charging typically takes 1-3.5 hours. The indicator light will turn green when the mouse is fully charged.
Please use the charging cable provided with the mouse. If using an alternative cable, ensure it is a USB-A to Type-C cable.

Switch Connection Channel
The ProtoArc EM05 can connect to up to three devices simultaneously via 2.4G USB, Bluetooth 1, and Bluetooth 2. Use the Channel Switch Button (N) on the bottom of the mouse to easily toggle between connected devices.
