Product Features

The ProtoArc EM03 is an ergonomic, rechargeable trackball mouse featuring RGB lighting and multi-device connectivity.

DPI Adjustment:

To adjust DPI, press the scroll wheel and right button simultaneously for 5 seconds. The number of times the scroll wheel light flashes indicates the current DPI level. Available DPI levels are 200, 400, 800, 1200, and 1600. Only one DPI level can be active at a time.

Light Modes:

The mouse supports various lighting effects including Flow, Breath, Constant, and Wave. The RGB lighting automatically turns off after 2 minutes of mouse inactivity to conserve power.

2.4G USB Connection

Follow these steps to connect your ProtoArc EM03 mouse using the 2.4G USB receiver:

1. Turn the power switch (N) located on the bottom of the mouse to the ON position.
2. Carefully remove the USB receiver (O) from its storage slot on the mouse.
3. Press the mode switch button (M) on the mouse until the white indicator light ① is illuminated, signaling that the mouse is in 2.4G mode.
4. Insert the USB receiver (O) into an available USB port on your computer.

Bluetooth Connection

Prepare the mouse for Bluetooth pairing by following these initial steps:

1. Ensure the power switch (N) is in the ON position.
2. Press the mode switch button (M) and select mode ① or ③. The corresponding indicator light will begin to flash slowly.
3. Press and hold the mode switch button (M) for approximately 3-5 seconds. The indicator light will flash quickly, indicating that the mouse has entered Bluetooth pairing mode.

Connecting via Bluetooth:

Windows 10 System:

1. Open Windows Settings and navigate to "Bluetooth devices".
2. Select "Add or remove a Bluetooth device".
3. Your computer will scan for nearby Bluetooth devices. Locate and select "ProtoArc EM03" from the list, then click "Pair".
4. Once the pairing process is complete, "ProtoArc EM03" will be shown as connected and ready for use.

Mac OS System:

1. First, ensure the mouse is in Bluetooth pairing mode (refer to steps 1-3 in the Bluetooth Connection section).
2. On your Mac, open "System Preferences".
3. Click on the "Bluetooth" icon.
4. Your Mac will detect "ProtoArc EM03". Click "Pair" to establish the connection.
5. After successful pairing, the mouse will appear as connected in the Bluetooth menu.

iOS System (Requires iOS 13 or later):

1. Ensure the mouse is in Bluetooth pairing mode (refer to steps 1-3 in the Bluetooth Connection section).
2. On your iOS device, go to Settings, then tap "Accessibility", followed by "Touch".
3. Enable the "AssistiveTouch" option.
4. Return to Settings, tap "Bluetooth", and ensure Bluetooth is turned ON.
5. Your iOS device will find "ProtoArc EM03". Select it and tap "Pair" to connect.
6. Once paired, "ProtoArc EM03" will be displayed as connected.

Android System:

1. Ensure the mouse is in Bluetooth pairing mode (refer to steps 1-3 in the Bluetooth Connection section).
2. On your Android device, navigate to Settings and enable Bluetooth.
3. Your device will search for available Bluetooth devices. Select "ProtoArc EM03" from the list and tap "Pair".
4. Upon successful pairing, "ProtoArc EM03" will show as connected and can be used normally.

Charging Function Guide

When the mouse's battery power is insufficient, the charging indicator (G) and the corresponding channel indicator will flash. It is recommended to charge the mouse promptly using the provided charging cable.

• Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the charging port (H) on the mouse and plug the other end into a USB port on your computer or a suitable power adapter.
• The charging light (G) will illuminate in red while the mouse is charging.
• The charging process typically takes between 1 to 3.5 hours to complete.
• Once the battery is fully charged, the charging light (G) will change to green.

How to Switch Connection Modes

The ProtoArc EM03 mouse supports simultaneous connection to up to three devices across its 2.4G USB, Bluetooth 1, and Bluetooth 2 modes. To switch between these connected devices:

• Press the mode switch button (M), located on the top surface of the mouse.
• The indicator lights (J for 2.4G, K for Bluetooth 1, L for Bluetooth 2) will display which mode is currently active. Cycle through the available modes by repeatedly pressing the button.
