Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Attaching the Backrest
- Locate the two nuts at the bottom of the backrest posts. Remove the nuts and washers and set them aside.
- Fit the backrest posts into the matching holes on the backside of the chair frame. Align them so the backrest sits flush against the frame.
- From the underside, thread the nuts and washers back onto each backrest bolt by hand. Once both are hand-tightened, use a wrench to secure, alternating sides to maintain even pressure.
- Apply steady force until secure, but do not overtighten to avoid stripping the bolt or damaging the frame.
Step 2: Connecting the Recline Bar
- Remove the zip tie holding the recline bar for shipping protection.
- Remove the bolt from the recline bar, slide the recline bar into alignment with the corresponding mounting holes on the metal chair frame.
- Insert the previously removed bolt through the aligned holes. Use the wrench to tighten the bolt clockwise, ensuring it is fully secured. Avoid overtightening to prevent damage.
Step 3: Attaching the Footrest
- Locate the two hex-head screws on each side of the black footrest. Use the provided hex wrench to remove both hex-head screws and washers.
- Align the holes in the black footrest with the corresponding holes in the metal calf rest bars. Insert one screw through the footrest into the calf rest hole. Begin threading by hand, turning clockwise just a couple of turns. Repeat for the other side.
- Once both screws are hand-threaded and aligned, use the provided hex wrench to tighten each screw just enough to hold securely. Do not overtighten to avoid stripping or binding.

Product Information
- Enjoy your new chair!
- Always keep the hydraulic base in the upright position and never stand solely on the footrest, as it will tip.
- After assembly and before use, pump the hydraulic to full height and back down several times to prime the hydraulic fluid. This will keep the pump smooth and responsive.
- Short, quick pumping is more effective for adjustments than pressing the lever all the way down each time.
