Assembly Steps
General Instructions: Using Cam Lock and Quickfit
QUICKFIT: Tighten quickfit until shoulder is flush with panel. Do not overtighten or undertighten.
CAM LOCK: When fitting cam lock, ensure starting position is correct before you insert connecting quickfit.
Connection Guidance: The Quickfit head should be in the centre of the cam lock when the two panels are joined. The Cam lock should be inserted before the quickfit.
Tightening: Turn cam lock clockwise to tighten. [clockwise arrow symbol]

Step 01: Attach Drawer Slides to Panels
Attach drawer slides (labeled 'A') to panels 8, 4, 7, and 9 using screws 'A' (x13 for panel 8, x12 for panel 9).
Ensure the holes for installation are exact to avoid misalignment. The screws on the drawer slide must be leveled to ensure smooth drawer operation.

Step 02: Attach Drawer Slides to Additional Panels
Continue attaching drawer slides to panels 10 and 11 using screws 'A' (x12 for panel 10, x1 for panel 11).

Step 03: Assemble Lower Cabinet Frame
Assemble the base of the cabinet using parts 5, 10, 7, and 11. Secure these parts using hardware 'O' (x1), 'R' (x2), 'T' (x4), 'B' (x13), and 'C' (x16).

Step 04: Attach Lower Back Panel
Attach the back panel (part 17) to the assembled lower cabinet structure.

Step 05: Attach Side Panels to Lower Frame
Attach the side panels (part 8 and part 9) to the assembled lower cabinet frame. Use hardware 'B' (x8) and 'C' (x8) for this step.

Step 06: Assemble Drawer Box
Assemble the drawer box. This involves using part 4 and other drawer components. Secure the drawer box using hardware 'U' (x4) and 'E' (x4).

Step 07: Insert Upper Back Panel
Slide the back panel (part 16) into the grooves of the upper section frame.

Step 08: Attach Top Panel
Attach the top panel (part 1) to the upper section frame. Use hardware 'O' (x1), 'R' (x2), 'A' (x6), 'B' (x6), and 'C' (x2) for securing the top panel.

Step 09: Assemble Upper Cabinet Section
Assemble the upper section of the cabinet. Attach the side panels to the top panel and the base of the upper section. Use hardware 'B' (x4) and 'L' (x4). For fittings like hinges, use 'Q' (x8) and 'R' (x8).

Step 10: Install Shelves and Doors
Install the shelves (parts 2, 3, 5, 6, 14, 15) into their designated positions within the cabinet. Attach the doors (parts 12, 13, 14, 15) to the cabinet frame. Note that the buckles (parts N, M) have 3 optional adjustment positions for fine-tuning.

Step 11: Insert Drawer
Carefully insert the assembled drawer into the cabinet slides. Ensure the drawer slides are properly aligned on both sides before pushing the drawer fully in.

Step 12: Install Anti-Dumping Belt for Wall Mounting
This cabinet includes an anti-dumping belt to secure the product to the wall for safety. This belt is optional and can be used based on your needs.
Wall Type Guidance:
- For a solid wall, use expansion screws and self-tapping screws.
- For a wooden wall, use only self-tapping screws.
Please do not overtighten the screws during installation.
