Assembly Instructions

Step 1

Attach two side panels (parts 118331, 112996) to the base panel using 12 screws (part 139615) and dowels (parts 118331, 112996).

Step 2

Attach drawer runners (part 146114) to the side panels using screws (part 101350) and dowels (part 100365). Note 'CL' (left) and 'CR' (right) markings on the runners.

Step 3

Insert wooden dowels (part 101345) into the pre-drilled holes on the base panel.

Step 4

Attach the back panel (part 119030) to the base and side panels. Insert cam bolts (part 102509) into the side panels and secure the back panel with cam locks (part 102509).

Step 5

Repeat Step 4 for the other side of the unit.

Step 6

Insert wooden dowels (part 101345) into the side panels.

Step 7

Attach the next set of side panels to the base assembly.

Step 8

Secure the side panels using cam locks (part 119030) and cam bolts (part 102509).

Step 9

Attach a shelf support using screws (part 139615) and dowels (parts 118331, 112996).

Step 10

Insert wooden dowels (part 101345) into the shelf panel.

Step 11

Insert a panel into the assembly.

Step 12

Secure the panel using cam locks (part 119030) and cam bolts (part 102509).

Step 13

Insert wooden dowels (part 101345) into the side panels.

Step 14

Attach the vertical side panels to the base.

Step 15

Secure the vertical panels using cam locks (part 119030) and cam bolts (part 102509).

Step 16

Insert wooden dowels (part 101345) into the top panel.

Step 17

Insert vertical panels into the assembly.

Step 18

Secure the vertical panels with screws.

Step 19

Attach the top panel using screws (part 144575) and cam locks.

Step 20

Place the top panel onto the assembly.

Step 21

Secure the top panel using cam locks (part 102509) and cam bolts (part 119030).

Step 22

Attach the top panel using cam locks (part 119030) and cam bolts (part 144574).

Step 23

Secure the top panel with screws (part 102509) and cam locks (part 119030).

Step 24

Attach drawer slides (part 150688) to the unit.

Step 25

Assemble the drawer: Attach drawer sides to the drawer front and back using screws (part 100295) and dowels (part 195701).

Step 26

Attach drawer runners (part 153548) to the drawer sides using screws (part 100295).

Step 27

Attach the drawer bottom to the drawer assembly.

Step 28

Insert the drawer into the unit.

Step 29

Attach the drawer front to the drawer box.

Step 30

Slide the drawer into the unit.

Step 31

Prepare for wall mounting: Drill holes in the wall using an 8mm drill bit.

Step 32

Insert wall anchors (part 121714) into the drilled holes.

Step 33

Attach the anti-tip strap to the furniture using screws (part 147968).

Step 34

Attach drawer runners (part 101345) to the drawer sides.

Step 35

Attach the drawer front to the drawer box using screws (parts 118331, 112996) and dowels.

Step 36

Insert the drawer into the unit.

Step 37

Secure the drawer sides with cam locks (part 119030) and cam bolts.

Step 38

Attach the drawer front to the drawer box using screws (part 115339).

Step 39

Slide the drawer into the unit.

Step 40

Attach the drawer front to the drawer box using screws (part 145718) and cam locks.

Step 41

Attach drawer slides (part 113104) to the drawer sides.

Step 42

Attach the drawer front to the drawer box using screws (part 109041) and dowels (part 152123).

Step 43

Attach the drawer front to the drawer box, ensuring a 90-degree angle, using screws (part 123502).

Step 44

Insert the assembled drawer into the unit.
