Overview
The Anker SOLIX C300X Portable Power Station features a robust design with multiple ports and controls. Key components include: a handle, strap attachments, a 140W USB-C Input/Output Port (indicated by a [bidirectional-interface] symbol), a Car Socket, a 15W USB-C Output Port, a 12W USB-A Output Port, and a Car Socket On/Off Button. The front panel also displays an LCD screen, main power button, ambient light button, reset button, and IoT button. Other ports include AC Input, AC Output Ports, and Solar Input/Car Input.
Recharge Your Power Station
AC Recharging (330W Max)
Recharge your power station by connecting it to a wall outlet using the provided AC charging cable.
Solar Panel Recharging (100W Max)
Recharge your power station with a maximum solar input of 100W by connecting up to one Anker 100W/60W Solar Panel. The solar charging cable is sold separately. Ensure the solar panel voltage is between 11V-28V to avoid damaging the power station.
USB-C Recharging (140W Max)
Recharge your power station by connecting to a wall adapter with a USB-C cable. USB-C recharging and XT-60 recharging cannot be used simultaneously. USB-C cables are sold separately. For the best charging experience, use a 140W USB-C cable and a 140W adapter.
Car Recharging
Recharge your power station by connecting to a car's output port with the car charging cable. The car charging cable is sold separately. When the portable power station has only 1% battery remaining, the "Remaining Battery" indicator will flicker to remind you to recharge.
Powering Your Device
Power On/Off
Press the main power button for 3 seconds to turn your power station on or off. When the "Remaining Battery" indicator is shown on the LCD screen, your power station is ready to charge devices.
When powered on, press the main power button to turn the screen on or off. The screen will automatically turn off after 15 seconds of inactivity. The auto-off time can be adjusted in the Anker app.
The power station will automatically power off if output buttons are turned off and no power loads are detected for 2 hours. This standby duration can be set in the Anker app. It is recommended not to set this to "never" to conserve power during long-term unused states.
AC Charging
Press the AC outlet button and connect your device to the AC output ports. The AC outlets intelligently detect if a plug is inserted, helping to prevent power waste by automatically turning off the power station if no plug is detected for over 15 minutes.
USB Charging
Connect your devices to the USB ports. Note: The USB-C2 and USB-C3 output ports have a PS3 classification. There is a risk of fire when connecting additional equipment to USB-C ports; ensure safeguards against fire in connected equipment or accessories. Only connect to equipment or accessories complying with IEC/EN IEC/BS EN IEC 62368-1 standards. Use a USB-C 55A cable for maximum power (20VDC/5A, 100W; 28VDC/5A, 140W).
Car Socket Charging
Turn on the car socket and connect your devices to start charging.
Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)
To use the UPS feature, connect your power station to a wall outlet with the AC charging cable, then press the AC outlet button and connect your devices via the AC output ports. UPS supports a 10ms switchover time.
SurgePad™
The Anker SOLIX C300X Portable Power Station supports the SurgePad™ feature for up to 600W AC output. SurgePad™ automatically activates when the total output exceeds the rated output, allowing the power station to deliver rated power to high-wattage devices. SurgePad™ does not function in bypass mode (when the power station is being charged with AC output on). It works best with devices that generate heat and does not support precision instruments or devices with strict voltage requirements. Test with high-wattage devices to confirm compatibility.
Light
Ambient Light
Press the button once to turn on the ambient light. Press again up to two times to cycle through brightness levels (Low, Medium, High).
SOS Mode
Hold the button for 2 seconds to turn on SOS mode.
LCD Screen Guide
The LCD screen provides real-time information about the power station's status. Key indicators include:
- 1. IoT Button Status: Indicates Bluetooth/Wi-Fi connection. Press once to turn on/off, hold for 2 seconds to turn off, hold for 7 seconds to reset.
- 2. AC Frequency: Displays 50Hz or 60Hz.
- 3. Low-Temperature Alert: Icon appears when temperature is too low; stop use until it disappears.
- 4. Overload Warning: Icon appears when a port is overloaded; the port will turn off to prevent damage. Remove the overloaded device.
- 5. High-Temperature Alert: Icon appears when temperature is too high; stop use and let it cool down until the icon disappears.
- 6. USB-C Input/Output Port indicator.
- 7. USB-A Output Port indicator.
- 8. Car Socket indicator.
- 9. Remaining Battery Percentage.
- 10. Current Output Power (W).
