Mounting Instructions

General Mounting (A)

Diagram A illustrates the general mounting of the luminaire, showing the luminaire body and potential mounting points.

Mounting with Bracket Code 20123 (B)

Diagram B details the mounting procedure using bracket code 20123. It includes steps for attaching brackets to the luminaire body. Notes indicate not to fully tighten screws at step 3* to allow orientation, and to tighten screws at step 6*** until perfectly in traction.

Mounting with Bracket Code 20125 (C)

Diagram C shows the mounting procedure using bracket code 20125. A note specifies referring to diagram C for mounting the bracket onto the lamp.

Installation and Wiring

Through Wiring Installation

Diagrams illustrate the installation and through wiring process. This includes connecting the electric cable, with a specified wiring length of 210mm. The diagram shows how to pass the cable through the luminaire body, with a cable entry diameter of Ø 7-12mm (M20). It also indicates a maximum of 30 connectable devices and the use of H07VV-F cable with a cross-section of 0.5-2.5 mm².

Important Note: For ATEX classified areas, the head fixing screw must be tightened with a torque of 0.6Nm.

DALI Control System

DALI Diagram (D)

Diagram D shows the DALI connection. It depicts the connection terminals for Line (L), Neutral (N), and DALI (DA). The diagram indicates a 230V power supply and basic insulation.

Description: Suitable for Zone 2 environments with gas presence, Group II products (installable above ground), Category 3G (normal explosion risk), Protection Method: Ex nA (non-sparking equipment), Gas Group: IIB, Temperature Class: T4 (135°C). Maximum surface temperature of main components is 135°C at 40°C ambient temperature.

Dust Environments (Zone 22)

Classification: II 3D Ex tc IIIC T80°C Dc

Description: Suitable for Zone 22 environments with dust presence, Group II products (installable above ground), Category 3D (normal explosion risk), Protection Method: Ex tc (equipment protected by casing), Security Level: IIIC (IP6X), Temperature Class: T80 (80°C). Maximum surface temperature of main components is 80°C at 40°C ambient temperature.

Conditions for Safe Use

Key Conditions:

• Do not open when energized.
• Clean the external surface with a damp cloth to avoid electrostatic discharge.
• Disconnect the device from the mains before cleaning or maintenance.
• For ATEX classified areas, tighten the head fixing screw with a torque of 0.6Nm.
• The device is NOT equipped with a terminal for equipotential connection.
