Safety Information
- Connect the device to a 110V power source. (Note: Different countries have different voltages. Select the product corresponding to your actual situation when purchasing.)
- When using the 12V vehicle power, do not keep the refrigerator plugged in for a long time when the engine is not running.
- Do not connect directly to the 24V cigarette lighter socket in heavy-duty vehicles.
- Unplug the device from the power source during a thunderstorm or if it will not be used for a long time to prevent damage.
- Do not open or remove the cover, as you may be exposed to dangerous voltages or other hazards.
- To avoid the risk of fire or electric shock, avoid overloading electrical outlets, extension cords, or other devices carrying electrical loads.
- Use a suitable power source. Plug the product into a suitable power source according to the instructions in the manual or on the product label.
- The supply voltage must match the voltage indicated in the manual and on the device's nameplate.
- To completely disconnect the device from the power supply, turn off the power supply and completely unplug the plug from the power outlet.
- To avoid electric shock, do not bend, stretch, or pull the power cord.
- The socket must be easily accessible during installation.
- Do not use where dust or other air contaminants may enter the fan.
- Leave at least 5 cm (approx. 2 inches) of space from the back and sides of the device to allow for air circulation and heat dissipation.
- Do not place the refrigerator in poorly ventilated areas, such as a car trunk.
- Handle with care, do not squeeze.
- Do not sit on the refrigerator.
- Before switching from heating mode to cooling mode, turn off the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow it to return to ambient temperature, and vice versa.
- Do not expose the product to rain and keep it away from corrosive gases and liquids.
- If not in use for a long time, unplug the power supply and store it in a dry, ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight.
- Strictly for use by children; children should be supervised by an adult.

Usage
Automatic Operating Steps (Vehicle Use)
- Before plugging in the power cord, set the mode switch to the 'Off' position (the middle gear of the heating/off/cooling switch). Both indicator lights should be off.
- Plug the power cord into the DC power input interface on the back of the refrigerator.
- Connect the refrigerator and plug the power cord into the car's cigarette lighter socket.
- Set the cooling/heating switch to 'Cooling' or 'Heating'. The green indicator light turns on for cooling mode. The red indicator light turns on for heating mode.
NOTICE: Operating the portable refrigerator with the vehicle engine turned off may drain the vehicle's battery.
Home Operating Steps
- Before plugging in the power cord, set the mode switch to the 'Off' position (the middle gear of the heating/off/cooling switch). Both indicator lights should be off.
- Plug the power cord into the AC power input interface on the back of the refrigerator.
- Secure the refrigerator and plug the power cord into a standard wall outlet.
- Turn the cooling/heating switch to 'Cooling' or 'Heating'. The green indicator light turns on for cooling mode. The red indicator light turns on for heating mode.
Mode Tips
ECO Mode
- ECO mode is an energy-saving mode. The minimum cooling temperature in ECO mode is higher than in non-ECO mode, the cooling speed is slower, and the noise is much lower.
- If you find the noise too high, you can switch from non-ECO mode to ECO mode. If you feel the cooling is insufficient, you can switch from ECO mode to non-ECO mode.
Cooling Mode Tips
- To cool quickly, fill the refrigerator with cold beverages.
- The cooling effect is influenced by the ambient temperature. A very high ambient temperature may cause the minimum temperature the refrigerator can reach to increase.
- Note: Ambient temperature refers to the temperature of the surrounding air. For example, if the device is used for cooling and the ambient temperature around it is 24°C, the device will maintain the temperature within your set error range of approximately 1.7°C to 4.4°C.
Heating Mode Tips
- The refrigerator is designed to maintain the temperature of items. It is not designed to heat items from cold.
- As long as the door is closed properly, hot items will stay warm for a few hours after the refrigerator is turned off.
Care and Maintenance
- Unplug the power cord completely before performing routine maintenance.
- Use a damp cloth and a neutral detergent to clean the casing.
- When not in use, ensure the interior is completely dry before storing.
Troubleshooting
Problem | Solution |
---|---|
Does not work | - Check the indicator light (cooling/heating indicator). If the indicator light does not illuminate or flickers, check the power connection status. - Verify that the plug has good contact. If necessary, clean the connector. - Ensure the car is turned on (for vehicle use). - Ensure the operating voltage matches the local voltage (for home use) and is suitable for 12V cigarette lighters (for vehicles). |
Not cooling | - Ensure the switch is in the cooling mode. - Check if the fan is working correctly (if not, contact AstroAI for assistance). - The lowest possible temperature depends on the environment but should not be lower than 0°C. The lower the ambient temperature, the better the refrigerator's cooling effect. |
Condensation | - Do not open or close the door frequently. - Do not cool high-temperature items directly. |
Poor heat dissipation | - Ensure at least 5 cm (approx. 2 inches) of space from the wall for good heat dissipation. - Avoid use in high ambient temperatures. - Avoid cooling high-temperature items directly. - The fan speed in ECO mode is lower. If heat dissipation is poor, cancel ECO mode. |
