UMIDIGI A15 Ultra Quick Start Guide

Getting Started

How to Restart the Phone

Press the Power Button for a few seconds until the UMIDIGI restart animation is displayed to restart the phone.

How to Transfer Old Mobile Content to a New Mobile

You can use UMIDIGI Phone to easily transfer photos, videos, music, contacts, messages, apps, etc. from your old phone to the new one in the following three approaches:

Transfer Cable

You can use a USB-C transfer cable to directly connect the old and new phones and transfer data.

Google Account Backup and Restore

  1. Ensure that both phones are connected to Wi-Fi and have your Google account signed in.
  2. On the old phone, go to "Settings" > "System" > "Backup" and ensure that "Back up to Google Drive" is enabled. Back up your data.
  3. On the new phone, sign in with the same Google account during setup. Your apps, contacts, calendar events, and some other settings should automatically sync and restore.

The UMIDIGI A15 Ultra features the following key components:

  • Front: Receiver, Front Camera, Light/Proximity Sensor, IR Blaster.
  • Side (Right): Fingerprint Scanner & Power Button, Volume Up (+), Volume Down (-).
  • Bottom: Mic 1, Type-C USB / Audio Jack.
  • Back: 200MP Main Camera, 50MP Super Wide Angle Camera, 8MP Macro Camera, Dual LED Flash, Macro LED Flash, Mic 2.
  • Other: SIM Slot, Speaker.

Important Warnings

Security information (including BS, ES, and battery security information) of third-party software installation and function may vary in different regions or by different hardware specifications. UMIDIGI holds a disclaimer for performance problems or incompatibility caused by third-party applications, registry editing, and OS software modifying. Customizing the OS may cause the device or some applications to fail to work properly.

Battery Safety: Do not place the phone or battery near or inside heating equipment, cooking equipment, or high-pressure vessels (such as microwave ovens, induction cookers, electric ovens, heaters, pressure cookers, water heaters, gas stoves, etc.) to prevent the battery from overheating, which may lead to an explosion.

Charger and Battery: The original charger, data cable, and battery shall be used. Unapproved chargers, data cables, or batteries that are not certified by the manufacturer may result in electric shock, fire, explosion, or other hazards.

Charging Environment: When charging, please place the device in an environment that has a normal room temperature and good ventilation. It is recommended to charge the device in an environment with a temperature ranging from 5°C to 35°C.

Back Cover: The back cover cannot be removed.

Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) Information

In all EU member states, the operation of 5150-5250MHz is restricted to indoor use only.

SAR tests are conducted using standard operating positions accepted by the FCC/ISED with the phone transmitting at its highest certified power level in all tested frequency bands, although the SAR is determined at the highest certified power level, the actual SAR level of the phone while operating can be well below the maximum value. Before a new model phone is available for sale to the public, it must be tested and certified to the FCC/ISED that it does not exceed the exposure limit established by the FCC/ISED, tests for each phone are performed in positions and locations as required by the FCC/ISED. For body-worn operation, this model phone has been tested and meets the FCC/ISED RF exposure guidelines when used with an accessory designated for this product or when used with an accessory that contains no metal and that positions the handset a minimum of 10mm from the body. Non-compliance with the above restrictions may result in a violation of RF exposure guidelines.
