Getting started
Power button: Press the Power button once for comfortable, continuous cleaning.
Power modes: Press the button to change power modes.
- Max mode: Provides maximum power for intensive cleaning of ground-in dirt.
- Eco mode: Offers the optimum balance of power and run time.
Charging your machine
For optimal performance, fully charge your machine and any additional batteries upon opening the box and after each use.
The LED light on the end of the handle flashes when the power is low and the battery needs charging. Connect the charger directly to the charging point on the base of the handle. Alternatively, connect to your dock as per the installation instructions.
A pulsing blue LED light indicates charging, and the light will extinguish when fully charged. A full charge takes up to four hours. The battery is designed to remain on charge. The machine will not operate or charge if the ambient temperature is below 5°C (41°F) to protect the motor and battery. Allow the machine to cool down before recharging to prolong battery life.
Caring for your floors
Ensure the underside of the cleaner head or tool is clean and free from any objects that could cause damage.
Before vacuuming, consult the manufacturer's recommended cleaning instructions for your flooring, rugs, and carpets.
This machine is designed for hard floors. The brush bar may damage certain flooring types. If a rotating brush bar causes fuzzing on rug materials, use the machine without the motorised floor tool and consult your flooring manufacturer.
Emptying your bin
Empty the bin when the dirt reaches the MAX mark. Frequent use with a full bin may require more frequent filter cleaning.
To remove the wand: Press the red wand release button on top of the wand and pull the wand away from the bin.
To release the dirt: Hold the vacuum over a bin. Push the red bin release button (avoiding the power button). The bottom of the bin will open, and the shroud will slide down, wiping away dirt. If the bin does not open, ensure the bin release button is fully pressed.
To remove the bin for emptying: If the bin does not empty completely, remove it. Press the red button on the bin runner, release the bin, and slide it off the runner. For minimal dust contact, empty the bin into a dust-proof bag, seal it tightly, and dispose of it.
Reassemble your machine: Slide the bin back onto the runner, ensuring it and the lid are securely in position. Push the bin base upwards until both the bin and lid click into place. Reconnect the wand.
Cleaning your bin
Do not wash any part of the machine in a dishwasher or use detergents, polishes, or air fresheners.
Empty the bin as described in the 'Emptying your bin' section. Press the red button on the bin runner to release the bin and slide it off. Clean the bin with a damp cloth only. Ensure the bin and seals are completely dry before replacing. Insert the spine onto the bin runner and close the bin by pushing the base upwards until it clicks into place.
Washing your filter
Wash your filter at least monthly for optimal performance. Ensure the filter is completely dry before refitting.
Twist off your filter: Turn the filter anti-clockwise and pull it away from the machine. Tap gently over a bin to remove loose dust and debris before washing.
Wash your filter: Wash the filter's exterior under cold running water, rubbing with fingers to remove dirt. Rinse the inside carefully without filling the filter. Repeat until the water runs clear.
Shake and dry: Empty and shake the filter to remove excess water. Continue shaking until no more water emerges. Place the filter upright. Allow it to dry in a well-ventilated, warm place for at least 24 hours. Do not use a tumble dryer, microwave, or naked flame. It is crucial that the filter is completely dry before reinstallation to prevent machine damage.
Refit your filter: Slide the filter onto the handle and turn clockwise until it clicks. Frequent washing may be needed if you vacuum fine dust, use Max mode often, or use the machine with a full bin.
Washing your brush bar
Regularly check and wash the brush bar for optimal performance.
Remove brush bar: Do not use dishwashers, detergents, polishes, or air fresheners. Press the cleaner head release button to detach the cleaner head from the wand. Pull the brush bar off the end cap and set the end cap aside without washing it.
Wash and dry brush bar: Hold the brush bar under cold tap water and gently rub to remove lint or dirt until the water runs clear. Stand the brush bar upright and leave it to dry for at least 24 hours.
Replace your brush bars: Ensure the brush bar is completely dry before refitting. Reattach the end cap to the brush bar and slide it back into the cleaner head. Rotate the end cap until it clicks securely. The cleaner head housing should only be wiped with a damp lint-free cloth.
Cleaning your tools
Do not put any part of your machine in a dishwasher or use detergents, polishes, or air fresheners. Wipe tools with a damp, lint-free cloth, avoiding the connector end. Ensure tools are completely dry before use.

Clearing blockages
If a blockage is detected, the motor will pulse six times, and the machine cannot be used until cleared. Attempting to use the machine during a blockage will cause it to cut out automatically.
For safety, allow the machine to cool down before checking for blockages. Avoid touching the power button. Disconnect the machine from the charger before inspection. Be cautious of sharp objects and avoid touching the trigger.
Looking after your machine
Regular cleaning and checking for blockages are essential for maintaining optimal performance.
Look after your machine: Wipe a dusty machine with a damp, lint-free cloth. Check the cleaner head, tools, and main body for blockages. Wash your filter regularly and ensure it is completely dry. Avoid using detergents or polishes.
Look after your battery: Use Eco mode for best performance and battery life. The machine will not operate or charge below 5°C (41°F). Allow the machine to cool before recharging to prolong battery life.
Your serial numbers: Register your machine using the serial number found on the bottom of the machine. Serial numbers are also located on the battery and charger.
