Mechanical Gaming Keyboard Operating Instructions

Thank you for choosing a REDRAGON product. To protect your rights and for better customer service, please read the following warranty rules carefully:

  1. Within 18 months of the purchase date, repair is guaranteed for failures due to electrical circuit problems. Other damages, such as disassembly, hard impacts, submersion into water, plugging into improper current or voltage, and damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, flood, or earthquake are not included.
  2. Consumable parts (such as foot pads) and spare parts replacement are not included in the warranty.

How to connect the keyboard with a computer

Wired Connection

  1. Slide the 2.4G/OFF/BT switch on the bottom of the keyboard to OFF.
  2. Take out the USB-A to USB Type-C cable from the package and connect the keyboard to your computer.
  3. The computer will recognize and configure the keyboard automatically.
  4. The keyboard will be ready for use when the configuration is finished.
  5. Once the keyboard is powered up, charging begins. The LED marked with 'M' will light up in white.

2.4G Wireless Connection

  1. Slide the 2.4G/OFF/BT switch on the bottom of the keyboard to 2.4G.
  2. Take out the nano USB receiver and plug it into an available USB port on your computer. The computer will recognize and configure the keyboard automatically.
  3. The keyboard will be ready for use when the configuration is finished.
  4. In some cases, you may need to pair the keyboard. Turn on the keyboard and press [FN]+[2.4G] for about 3 seconds. The LED marked with 'M' will flash in yellow. Plug the USB receiver into any available USB port on your computer within 20 seconds. The keyboard will be paired automatically. Make sure the keyboard has enough power before doing so.
  5. The indicator will flash when the battery is low. Please recharge the keyboard in time or it will turn off automatically soon.

Bluetooth Connection

  1. Slide the 2.4G/OFF/BT switch on the bottom of the keyboard to BT.
  2. Press [FN]+[BT1] (or [BT2]/[BT3] for other Bluetooth devices). The LED marked with 'M' will flash in blue (or cyan/magenta for the others).
  3. Turn on Bluetooth and scan for available devices on your computer or smartphone. It will find "BT3.0KB" or "BT5.0 KB" device. Select it and it will connect automatically.

Function Introduction

  1. With standard USB and 2.4G/BT connections, the keyboard can be used on computers without any software or driver installation.
  2. There are 20 backlight effects: FN + "\" (marked 'M' on the key).
  3. Commands of key combinations with [FN] key:
    • [FN+ESC]: `~
    • [FN+1]: F1
    • [FN+2]: F2
    • [FN+3]: F3
    • [FN+4]: F4
    • [FN+5]: F5
    • [FN+6]: F6
    • [FN+7]: F7
    • [FN+8]: F8
    • [FN+9]: F9
    • [FN+0]: F10
    • [FN+"-_]": F11
    • [FN+"=+]": F12
    • [FN] + [Win]-L: Disable or enable the [Win] key.
    • [FN] + [Q]: Select Bluetooth device one (for Bluetooth connection).
    • [FN] + [W]: Select Bluetooth device two (for Bluetooth connection).
    • [FN] + [E]: Select Bluetooth device three (for Bluetooth connection).
    • [FN] + [R]: Change to 2.4G wireless connection. Press and hold [FN]+[4] for 3 seconds to pair the keyboard with its receiver.
    • FN+P: PRTSC (Print Screen)
    • FN+{[=SCRLK: SCRLK (Scroll Lock)
    • FN+]]=PAUSE: PAUSE
    • FN+L: INS (Insert)
    • FN+;:=HOME: HOME
    • FN+"=: END: END
    • FN+,<=DEL: DEL (Delete)
    • FN+.>=PGUP: PGUP (Page Up)
    • FN+/?=PGDN: PGDN (Page Down)
    • FN+R_CTRL: APP (Application)
    • FN+R_ALT: Switch between 12 backlighting patterns.
    • FN+TAB: Set the keyboard to default setting.
    • FN+Caps: All keys in white color by one click (Caps Lock).
    • FN+SPACE: Change backlight color.
    • FN+↑↓: Decrease/increase the backlight brightness, total 5 levels.
    • FN+
    • FN+Backspace: Turn ON/OFF the backlight.

How to charge the keyboard

Find the USB-A to USB Type-C cable in the packaging, plug it into the keyboard and connect it to a computer for charging. The LED indicator of the keyboard will turn red.

Remark: The LED indicator will turn red when the keyboard is out of battery.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

  1. If the keyboard doesn't respond, please check if the keyboard's USB cable is correctly inserted into the corresponding USB port on the computer, or try another USB port on the computer.
  2. If you spill liquid on the keyboard, please unplug the keyboard's USB cable from the computer immediately. Wipe off excess liquid and put the keyboard in a dry and ventilated place. Make sure the keyboard is dried naturally before the next use.
