Thank you for choosing a REDRAGON product. To protect your rights and for better customer service, please read the following warranty rules carefully.
Warranty Rules
- Within 18 months of purchase date, repair is guaranteed for failure due to electrical circuit problems. Other damages, such as disassembly, hard impacts, submersion into water, plugging into improper current or voltage, and damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, flood, or earthquake are not included.
- Consumable parts (such as foot pads) and spare parts replacement are not included in our warranty.

How to Connect the Keyboard with a Computer
Wired Connection
- Slide the 2.4G/OFF/BT switch on the right side of the keyboard to OFF.
- Take out the USB A to USB Type C cable in the package and connect the keyboard with your computer. The computer will recognize and configure the keyboard automatically.
- Once the keyboard is powered up, charging begins. The LED marked with M lights on red. It will turn to white when the keyboard is fully recharged.
2.4G Wireless Connection
- Slide the 2.4G/OFF/BT switch on the right side of the keyboard to 2.4G.
- Press [FN] + [R] for about 3 seconds. The LED marked with M flashes quickly in yellow. Plug the USB receiver into any available USB port on your computer within 20 seconds. The computer will recognize and configure the keyboard automatically.
- Press and hold [FN] + [R] for 10 seconds for reconnection.
- The indicator will flash red when the battery is low. Please recharge the keyboard in time by plugging in the Type-C cable to your computer. It will turn off automatically soon. Please note the LED marked with M will be light on red while charging and turn to green when charging is completed (in 2.4G connecting mode).
Bluetooth Connection
- Slide the 2.4G/OFF/BT switch on the right side of the keyboard to BT.
- Press [FN] + [Q] (or [W]/[E] for other Bluetooth devices). The LED marked with M flashes in blue (or cyan/magenta for the others).
- Turn on Bluetooth and scan for available devices on your computer or smartphone. It will find "3.0 Keyboard" or "5.0 Keyboard" device. Select one of them to get connected automatically.
- Press and hold [FN] + [Q] (or [W]/[E] for reconnection) for 10 seconds.
- The indicator will flash red when the battery is low. Please recharge the keyboard in time by plugging in the Type-C cable to your computer. It will turn off automatically soon. Please note the LED marked with M will be light on red while charging and turn to cyan/magenta when charging is completed (in Bluetooth connecting mode).
Software and OS Compatibility
- With standard USB and 2.4G/BT connections, the keyboard can be used on computers without any software or driver installation. For more gaming configuration, please download software at www.redragonzone.com. The software is only available with Windows OS.
- Switch WIN/MAC mode using the mode button on the top of the keyboard.
FN Key Combinations
Commands of Key Combinations with [FN] Key
- [FN] + [Q]: Select Bluetooth device one (for Bluetooth connection).
- [FN] + [W]: Select Bluetooth device two (for Bluetooth connection).
- [FN] + [E]: Select Bluetooth device three (for Bluetooth connection).
- [FN] + [R]: Change to 2.4G wireless connection. Press and hold [FN] + [R] for 3 seconds to pair the keyboard with its receiver.
- [FN] + [ESC] (press and hold for 5 seconds): Set the keyboard to default settings and clear all macro settings.
Backlight Adjustment
- [FN] + [INS]: To switch between 20 backlight patterns.
- [FN] + [DEL]: Change backlight color under available patterns.
- [FN] + [SPACE]: Turn ON/OFF backlight.
- [FN] + [↑/↓]: Adjust the light brightness.
- [FN] + [←/→]: Adjust the light rotating speed.
Gaming Patterns
- [FN] + [1]: ASDW ↑↓←→ ESC keys light up for FPS pattern.
- [FN] + [2]: ASDW Ctrl LShift LAlt LSpace RGQEB 1~5 Tab F1~F3 Home End PgUp PgDn PrtSc keys light up for CF pattern.
- [FN] + [3]: QWERTASDFGCV 1~7 Ctrl LShift L keys light up for COD pattern.
- [FN] + [4]: QWERASDF1~7 keys light up for LOL pattern.
- [FN] + [5]: WRASD Ctrl LAlt LShift L↑↓←→ keys light up for QQ race pattern.
- [FN] + [Home]: Backlight recording mode. Press FN+1/5 in the game patterns, then press FN+Home for recording. Keep pressing the desired key until the favorite color appears, then press FN+Home to save recording. Num/Cap/Scro LEDs flash while recording.

Sleep and Power Safe Mode
In 2.4Ghz and Bluetooth connection, to save power, there are two conditions that the keyboard will enter sleep mode. All LEDs and backlight turn OFF. Please click any key to wake up the keyboard.
- Power save mode: After the first 3 minutes out of working, all backlight turns OFF, but the keyboard is working and 2.4G connection is active.
- Sleep mode: After 30 minutes out of working, backlight turns OFF, the keyboard is OFF, and 2.4G is not connecting.
How to Recharge the Keyboard
Find the USB A to USB Type C cable in the packaging. Plug the keyboard and connect it with your computer for charging. The LED indicator (M) of the keyboard will turn red.
Remark: The LED indicator (M) will turn red when the keyboard is out of battery.
FAQ
- If the keyboard doesn't respond, please check if the keyboard's USB cable is correctly inserted into the corresponding USB port on the computer, or try another USB port on the computer.
- If you spill liquid on the keyboard, please unplug the keyboard's USB cable from the computer immediately. Wipe off excess liquid and put the keyboard in a dry and ventilated place. Make sure the keyboard is dried naturally before the next use.
Battery Safety Guidelines
- DO NOT replace the battery with a different model.
- DO NOT use this product if the battery shows signs of damage, including but not limited to tearing, deformation, leakage, or the smell of electrolytic material.
- DO NOT touch the battery if material is leaking and seek immediate medical attention if any material comes into contact with your skin or eyes.
- DO NOT expose the battery to liquid, heat sources, electricity (outside of the product itself), or other non-standard operating conditions.
- DO NOT remove the battery except for proper disposal and recycling as required by local laws and regulations.
- DO NOT impact, bend, alter, disassemble, or otherwise damage the battery, as its contents are volatile, hazardous, and can be harmful.
