Thank you for choosing Redragon. To protect your rights and for better customer service, please read the following warranty rules carefully.

Product Installation and Functions

I. Scheme of the product:

Bluetooth + 2.4G + Wired

II. OS Supported:

Windows / macOS

III. Wired/2.4G/Bluetooth Switching:

Switch through the left switch on the keyboard. OFF is wired mode (battery indicator light: green), BT is Bluetooth mode (M indicator light: blue/cyan/pink), 2.4G is wireless mode (M indicator light: yellow).

Press FN + [1!] / [2@] / [3#] / [4$] to switch between BT1/BT2/BT3/2.4G status of the keyboard.

VI. Locking of WIN Key:

Hold FN + WIN key to lock the WIN key function. Repeat to unlock.

VIII. Adjusting of Backlight Brightness:

Hold FN + Up Arrow (↑) and Down Arrow (↓) to adjust backlight brightness. There are 5 levels. When adjusting to the limit, indicator light A will flash 3 times.

IX. Backlight Flowing Speed Adjustment:

Hold FN + Left Arrow (←) and Right Arrow (→) to adjust backlight flowing speed. There are 5 levels. When adjusting to the limit, indicator light A will flash 3 times.

X. Light Recording:

Hold FN + Backspace key to enter the light customization mode. Default keys (ESC, A, S, D, W, and arrow keys) will light up. Hold FN + Backspace key again to enter recording mode; indicator light A will flash continuously (recording ends and goes off). Press a key to set its color, then continue with other keys to form the desired backlight pattern. Hold FN + Backspace key to save. When playing a light macro, the defined key lights will be normally on. The FN key cannot customize its light.

XI. Backlight On/Off:

FN + SPACE: Turn on/off keyboard backlight.

XII. MAC/WIN Functional Key Switching:

The keyboard defaults to WIN system. Hold FN + A for 3 seconds to switch to MAC system (red light below key flashes 3 times). Hold FN + W for 3 seconds to switch back to WIN system (red light below key flashes 3 times).

XIII. Functions of FN Combination Key:

XIV. Knob Function:

Its function is to adjust volume by default. Volume increases by turning the knob clockwise and decreases counterclockwise. Pressing the knob mutes the audio; pressing again restores the volume. Hold the knob for 3 seconds (keyboard light flashes twice) to switch the knob function to adjust keyboard backlight brightness. Brightness increases clockwise and decreases counterclockwise. Indicator light A flashes 3 times at the limit. Pressing the knob cycles through 15 light effects: going with the tide, following as the shadow, sine light wave, spinning the windmill, colorful waterfall, blooming flowers and wealth, normal lighting mode, breathing mode, dreamy rainbow, ready to start at a touch, strolling in the rain, button ripple, dotted stars, snow treading without trace, and the endless flowing river. Hold the knob again for 2 seconds (keyboard light flashes twice) to return to volume adjustment.

XVII. Charging Indication:

When connected to a computer or charging adapter via TYPE-C USB cable, the keyboard is in charging state. The battery indicator is solid red during charging and solid green after charging is completed.

XVIII. Battery Level Indication:

Battery level is indicated with RGB colors: flickers red (<20% battery), flickers blue (<60%), flickers cyan (<80%), and displays green (full battery). During charging, the indicator light is solid red and turns green upon completion.

XIX. Battery Level Display Function:

Hold FN + ALT key to turn off all backlights. The [1!] - [0)] keys in the letter area display the battery level. When battery level is low, [1!] - [3#] keys display red. For battery levels of [3#] key or above, [1!] - [0)] keys display green. Release FN + ALT to restore default light effect.

Hold FN + ESC for 3 seconds to restore factory settings and clear all macro settings.

FAQ

  1. If the keyboard doesn't respond: Please check if the keyboard's USB cable is correctly inserted into the corresponding USB port on the computer, or try another USB port.
  2. If you spill liquid on the keyboard: Please unplug the keyboard's USB cable from the computer immediately. Wipe off excess liquid and place the keyboard in a dry and ventilated place. Ensure the keyboard dries naturally before the next use.
