Thank you for purchasing the Yaheetech 614325 desk. Please read this instruction manual carefully before attempting to assemble the product.

Assembly Steps

1. Step 1: Disassemble Slide Rails

   Pull out the slide rails completely. Use a screwdriver to push down on the plastic parts of the slide rail and then draw the rails apart.

2. Step 2: Attach Drawer Slides to Part 10

   Attach two G-2 slide rail components to the underside of part (10) using four F screws. Ensure the rails are oriented correctly as shown.

3. Step 3: Insert Dowels/Connectors

   Insert dowels/connectors (A) into the pre-drilled holes on parts (6), (2), (5), (3), and (15) as indicated.

4. Step 4: Attach Drawer Slides to Side Panels

   Attach G-1 slide rail components to the inner sides of parts (8) and (9) using eight F screws (four per side). Ensure correct orientation and placement as shown. Note the 'Back' label on part (8).

5. Step 5: Attach Handle and Assemble Frame

   Attach the drawer handle (D) to the front of part (15) using two E screws. Assemble parts (16), (17), and (18) to form a frame, securing them with two C screws.

6. Step 6: Insert Part 1 and Attach Drawer Slides

   Slide part (1) into the assembled drawer structure. Attach two G-2 slide rail components to the sides of the drawer assembly using four F screws (two per side).

7. Step 7: Attach Part 4 to Part 2

   Attach part (4) to part (2) using two cam lock nuts (B). Insert the cam lock bolts into part (4) and secure them by turning the cam lock nuts (B) in part (2).

8. Step 8: Assemble Hutch/Shelf Components

   Attach parts (3) and (5) to the shelf structure (horizontal support) using four cam lock nuts (B) (two per part). Attach part (11) to part (7) using two C screws.

9. Step 9: Assemble Main Desk Frame

   Connect side panel (7) and panel (11) to back panel (8) using four C screws (two per side). Attach drawer slides to parts (13) and (14) using four C screws (two per part).

10. Step 10: Continue Main Desk Structure Assembly

    Attach part (9) to the partially assembled desk frame using four C screws. Ensure correct orientation and alignment.

11. Step 11: Attach Desktop

    Place the desktop (part 6) onto the assembled desk frame. Secure it using six cam lock nuts (B) inserted into the frame below.

12. Step 12: Insert Dowels into Desktop

    Insert six dowels/connectors (A) into the pre-drilled holes on the top surface of the desktop (part 6).

13. Step 13: Attach Hutch/Shelf Unit to Desktop

    Attach the hutch/shelf unit (parts 2 and 3) to the desktop (part 6) using six cam lock nuts (B) inserted into the underside of the desktop.

14. Step 14: Insert Dowels into Hutch

    Insert four dowels/pegs (H) into the designated holes on the hutch structure.

15. Step 15: Insert Shelf (Part 12)

    Slide part (12) into its position within the hutch structure.

16. Step 16: Final Drawer Slide Alignment and Drawer Insertion

    This step illustrates the final alignment of the drawer slides (G-1 and G-2) with the desk and drawer components. Ensure the inner and outer slide parts engage correctly. Insert the assembled drawer (part 15) into the desk.
