02 Product Detail:

The WiFi AI Camera has the following components:

  • Antenna: For wireless network connectivity.
  • Plastic IP66 Waterproof: Housing designed to withstand environmental conditions.
  • Smart IR-cut: Automatically adjusts for optimal day and night vision.
  • HD Lens: High-definition optical lens for clear imaging.
  • LED Lights: Infrared LEDs for night vision.
  • Microphone: For audio capture.
  • TF Card Slot: For local storage of recordings.
  • Speaker: For audio output and voice prompts.
  • RJ45 Port: Ethernet port for wired network connection.
  • Reset Button: Used to restore factory settings.
  • DC 12V Port: Power input connector.

02 View on Smart Phones

1. Download and Install the iCsee App

To use the camera with your smartphone, download the "iCsee" App. You can scan the QR code provided in the original document or search for "iCsee" in the App Store or Google Play. When installing, please allow all requested authorizations to ensure full functionality and timely alarm notifications.

2. Add the AI Camera to WiFi

Follow these steps to connect your camera to your WiFi network via the iCsee App:

  1. Open the "iCsee" App and select "login". If you do not have an account, please register first.
  2. Click the "+" button to add a new device.
  3. Choose "WiFi Camera" from the device types.
  4. Power on the camera and press the reset button ? until the camera enters initialization mode.
  5. Input your WiFi router password and confirm. Important: Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network; 5GHz networks are not supported.
  6. Turn on the QR code display on your mobile phone and hold it towards the camera. Listen for the camera's voice prompt "connect successfully".
  7. Set up a strong password for your camera.
  8. Pick a name for your device and enter the video preview screen.

03 Using the App

Once the camera is added to the App, you can configure settings and control its functions:

Control the Camera

Tap the video image of the camera to access controls:

  • Two-Way Intercom: Long press the microphone icon ? to speak. Click the speaker icon ? to enable continuous two-way audio.
  • Video Recording: Click the record icon ? to start recording video clips. These are saved to your phone's "Mobile Storage".
  • Snapshot: Click the camera icon ? to take a still image. Snapshots are also saved to "Mobile Storage".
  • PTZ Control: Click the directional icons ⬆️⬇️⬅️➡️ to control the camera's Pan/Tilt rotation.
  • Light & Alarm Settings: Click the light bulb icon ? or the settings icon ⚙️ to configure Light Mode, Sensitivity, Lighting Time, and Intelligent Alert settings.

Settings

Within the App's settings menu, you can perform various configurations:

  • Basic Settings: Change the device name, set the language, and adjust other fundamental options.
  • Password Management: Change your camera's password.
  • Storage Management: Manage storage options, including TF card usage.
  • Record Settings: Configure recording parameters.
  • Smart Alarm: Set up alarm triggers and notifications.
  • Network Settings: Configure network connectivity.
  • Cloud Service: Access cloud storage features.
  • Advanced Settings: Access more detailed configuration options.

04 Unique Features

Alarm Voice Alert

In the "Smart Alarm" section, navigate to "Alarm Action" to customize camera behavior during alarms. The camera can take a snapshot, record a video, activate an alarm light, and play a voice prompt. You can select pre-set voice prompts like "Bell Alarm" or "Hello, welcome!", or set custom audio alerts. This feature is disabled by default; remember to save your settings.

AI Smart Features

On the live video feed, click the AI icon ? to access "Intelligent Alert" features. These include:

  • Human Detection: Utilizes AI technology to detect human motion more accurately than standard motion detection, reducing false alarms from pets or environmental changes.
  • Show Traces: When enabled, a trace frame follows detected people in the live video.
  • Cordon and Alert Area: Allows you to define virtual protection zones (cordons) or alert areas within the camera's view. If motion crosses these boundaries, an alarm is triggered. You can draw various shapes for these zones and set alert directions.

Flood Light

Access "Night Vision & Alarm" settings via the AI icon ? to control the camera's lighting modes:

  • Full Color: The white light remains on continuously at night.
  • Infrared Vision: Only IR light is active at night; the white light is off.
  • Double Light Alert: IR light is on at night, and the white light activates upon human detection. This is the default mode.

Daemon Position

Activate "Auto Track" via the AI icon ?. You can then manually rotate the camera horizontally and vertically to set a specific "Daemon Position". When motion is detected, the camera will automatically track the subject. Once the subject leaves the field of view, the camera will return to the pre-set Daemon Position. You can also adjust the "Daemon Time" to control how long the camera waits before returning to the set position after motion ceases.

Red Blue Flashing Light Alert

When human detection occurs, the camera can activate alternating red and blue flashing lights to deter intruders. This is a default mode. To disable this function, connect to the camera via the iCsee App, go to Settings ⚙️ > "Smart Alarm" > "Action", deselect "Alarm flashing light", and save. You can also adjust the flashing interval.

Notice: This feature is available on select models only.

03 View on PC Software

To manage your camera using PC software, first obtain your camera's serial number and default password (which is null if not changed) by navigating to Settings ⚙️ >> About on the iCsee App.

Download PC Software:

Download the VMS (Video Management System) software from: https://www.techage.com/pages/download

After installing and launching the Device Manager:

  1. Add Camera via IPV4/IPV6: Search for cameras already connected to the same router as your PC.
  2. Add Camera via Cloud Add: Enter the camera's serial number and password.

Using VMS for Live View and Configuration:

The VMS software provides a comprehensive interface for managing your cameras:

  • Live View: Monitor camera feeds in real-time. The interface typically displays multiple camera feeds in a grid layout.
  • Device Manager: Add, configure, and manage your connected cameras. This includes options for IPV4/IPV6 search and Cloud Add.
  • Device Config: Access detailed settings for individual cameras.
  • Alarm Output: Configure alarm-related outputs.

Disabling Red Blue Flashing Light Alert on PC Software:

If your model supports this feature and you wish to disable it via the PC software, navigate to Device Config >> Alarm Output, select "Closed", and click "OK".
