01 About the WiFi AI Camera

This section details the physical components and core features of the WiFi AI Camera.

Camera Components:

  • 1. DC Power Port: Power Input 12V 1A.
  • 2. Reset Button: Resets the camera to factory defaults and enters WiFi searching mode.
  • 3. RJ45 Port: For connecting an Ethernet cable to the router.
  • 4. Speaker: Supports two-way talk, alert voice playback, alarm sound, or broadcast.
  • 5. Microphone: For picking up audio. (Note: The position of the microphone may differ in various models.)

AI Features: This WiFi camera is an AI camera with a floodlight that activates at night after humanoid detection. Humanoid detection uses AI technology to identify human motion, offering greater accuracy than standard motion sensors and reducing false alarms caused by pets or moving branches.

Audio Alerts: The camera is equipped with a speaker for two-way talk and alert voice playback. When human presence is detected or an alarm is triggered, it can play pre-recorded voice messages such as "Alert area, please leave," "Hello, welcome!" or an alarm sound, if this feature is enabled (it is off by default).

TF Card Slot

To insert or remove the TF card, take off the two screws on the speaker cover to access the TF card slot.

Upon successful WiFi setup, you will hear a voice prompt, and the camera will proceed to the "Set Password" page. After setting a password, you can name the device and begin using video surveillance.

Saved snapshots and video clips can be found in your phone's "Mobile Storage" folder.

Settings:

Within the settings menu, you can perform basic configurations such as naming the device and selecting the language. You can also change the password, configure alarm settings, enable/disable alarm push notifications, and check storage and network settings.

04 Unique Features

Alarm Voice Alert

During a motion alarm, you can configure the camera's actions. It can take a snapshot, record a video, and simultaneously beep or play a voice prompt. Select "Bell Alarm" to choose the desired voice prompt, such as "Alert area, please leave," "Hello, welcome!" or "Howling Alarm." This feature is disabled by default; remember to save changes.

Flood Light

On the live video feed, click the light bulb icon [?] to access IR light settings. The camera offers three modes for its IR and white lights:

  • White Light Mode: The white light remains on continuously at night.
  • Normal: Only the IR light is active at night; the white light is off day and night.
  • Double Light Mode: The IR light is on at night, and the white light activates upon human detection. This is the default mode.

AI Smart Features

Within the Motion Alarm settings, you can find "Intelligent Vigilance," which includes smart AI functions:

  • Humanoid Detection: This AI-powered feature accurately detects human motion, distinguishing it from general motion and reducing false alarms from pets or environmental factors.
  • Show Traces: When enabled, a trace frame appears around moving individuals in the live video, following their movement.
  • Perimeter Alert: This feature allows you to define security zones. You can set up a "cordon" line and receive alerts when people cross it, with options for alert direction. Alternatively, you can draw custom "alert areas" to monitor specific zones within the live video feed.
