Maintenances
Please keep the Device dry. Do not let equipment or battery charger contact water and vapor, or use wet hands to operate equipment or charger, as this may cause short-circuit, corrosion, equipment failure, and harm to personnel.
Do not subject the equipment, battery, and charger to strong impact or vibration, as this may cause equipment, battery, and charger faults, fire, or explosion.
Do not place this equipment, battery, and charger in excessively high or low temperature regions. Doing so may cause equipment, battery, and charger faults, fire, or explosion.
Do not hit, throw, or puncture the Device, and avoid dropping, extruding, or bending the Device.
Do not use unauthorized equipment and accessories; otherwise, the equipment and accessories will not be covered by the company's warranty scope.
2. Safety Tips
Before using this Tablet, please read this section and ensure your child is aware of this information. For detailed information, please refer to the Safety guidelines and notes:
- Do not use the Device while driving to ensure safe driving.
- In medical sites, please comply with relevant provisions or regulations. Please turn off the Device near medical equipment areas.
- Please turn off the Device or enable airplane mode when boarding to avoid wireless signals jamming aircraft control signals.
- Please turn off the Device near high-precision electronic equipment, as it may lead to electronic equipment malfunction.
- Do not attempt to remove the Device and accessories yourself. Only authorized institutions can repair this Device.
- Please keep the Device away from magnetic equipment. The radiation from the Device can erase information stored on magnetic storage devices.
- Please do not use the Device in high-temperature and flammable areas (such as near gas stations).
- Please do not place the Device and accessories where children can reach them, and do not let children use the Device unsupervised.
- Please abide by relevant laws and regulations when using the Device, and respect the lawful rights and privacy of others.
- Please strictly adhere to the relevant specifications in this manual when using the USB cable. Failure to do so might damage your Device or personal computer.

Appearance and Buttons

- Power:
- To turn on: Press and hold for two seconds when off.
- To turn off: Press and hold for two seconds when on to see the "Power Off" selection.
- To lock/unlock screen: Short press the [Power button] when the screen is on.
[NOTE] In case of software crashes, long-press the "Power" button for 8 seconds to force a shutdown. This function is suggested only when the system is halted; otherwise, it is not recommended as it may damage the system.
- Camera: The front camera can be used for video chat and taking pictures.
- Mic: Used for recording or internet phone calls (video chat).
- Headphone jack: An external 3.5mm jack for high-fidelity headphones.
- USB interface: A Micro 5pin USB interface used with a USB cable or OTG cable to connect to a computer for data transfer or application installation via USB disk.
- DC charging interface: Connect an adapter to charge the device.
- TF Card slot: For external Micro SD cards, supporting up to 32GB.
- Speaker: By default, the speaker is turned on. It will be turned off automatically when headphones are inserted.
First Use
Battery Management and Charging
- Please ensure the device battery is fully charged before first use.
- Plug the charger into the DC interface for charging.
- For the first two charging sessions, charge for approximately 6 hours. Subsequent charges should take around 4 hours.
[NOTE] This device features a built-in polymer battery. The charger should comply with the specifications: Input AC 100-240V, 50/60Hz, Max 0.3A; Output DC5V/2A.
- The battery icon will scroll during charging.
- The screen battery icon will turn green and stop scrolling when charging is complete.
- To extend battery life, it is recommended to let the battery run out completely during the first two charging cycles.
[NOTE] If the device is not used for an extended period, ensure it is charged at least once a month to prevent excessive power consumption.
- When the device is shut down due to low power, plugging in the charger will display "low power" and "charging" messages. The device will enter the menu if there is sufficient power.
- It is preferable to charge the device while it is in standby mode, as charging with the screen on consumes more battery and increases charging time.
- The available battery duration depends on volume settings, types of media files played, and battery operation. The player can be configured by the user via "user define power off time" or "display setup" options to save battery.
Desktop
First Appearance
Press the [Power button]. After ten seconds, the unlock interface will appear. Hold the [Lock icon], then slide to the right. The icon will change to indicate the screen is unlocked.

After the system starts up, the Android system desktop is displayed. This includes the status bar, instant search button, main menu icon, and shortcut icons.

[Back arrow icon] | Back | Opens the previous screen you were working in, even if it was in a different app. Once you back up to the Home screen, you can't go back any further in your history. |

Main Menu Operations
In the main menu, you can set up the system, run available applications, install new applications, and start music playback, video playback, website browsing, playing games, etc.
To move an icon to the Desktop screen, touch and hold the icon, then release it when it appears on the Desktop screen.
To delete an icon, touch and hold it for 3 seconds, then press "Remove".
Application Management
Install Android Applications
There are many interesting and free Android applications available on the web. Launch your web browser and search for Android apps. Purchased or free Android applications downloaded to your computer can be installed quickly and easily on your Tablet using the File Manager application.
- Copy the .apk files you want to install onto an SD card or USB device, then insert or connect it to your device.
- Tap the File Manager application icon, find the .apk file, tap on it, and select "Install". The application will be installed, and its icon will be added to the Applications screen.
Uninstall Android Applications
You can also quickly and easily uninstall Android applications that you have installed.
- Tap Settings → Applications (APPS) → Manage applications.
- Tap the application you wish to uninstall, then tap "Uninstall".
- Tap "OK" to confirm the uninstallation.
Clock
Tap the [Clock application icon]. You can use your device as an alarm clock by setting multiple alarms.
- Tap Set Alarm → Add Alarm to set up your alarm as desired.
[NOTE] If you do not select a repeat option, the alarm will be automatically deleted after it is activated.
- Tap Turn On Alarm → OK → Done.
When a scheduled alarm is activated, a pop-up window with the alarm title will appear. Tap [Snooze icon] if you want to be reminded again in 10 minutes. Tap [Dismiss icon] to cancel the alert (alarm).
Play Store
The Play Store offers many applications that you can quickly and easily download to your Tablet.
- Tap the [Play Store application icon].
The first time you use it, you will be prompted for your Play Store login information. If you have not yet registered an account, tap "Register". Otherwise, tap "Login", enter your login information, and then tap "login" again.
- You can select applications from the default "Featured" group, by Categories, Top (latest, hottest, random), or search by name.
- Tap on an application, then tap "Download".
- After the app is downloaded, tap "Install".
- Tap "Open" to launch it immediately, or "Done" to return to the Play Store screen.
After downloading apps, tap on "History" to manage installed applications. You can add/view comments from other users, launch apps, and uninstall them.
Browser
Users can connect to the Internet through a browser.
Click the [Browser icon], and then you can open the Web browser.

Calendar
For the first time using the Calendar, you need to add an Exchange account. Enter your account email address and password. Click "Next" and follow the prompts to complete the account configuration. Then you can use the Calendar.
Add Event
- On the Calendar screen, tap the date to which you want to add an event.
- Tap on the event time, then tap in each entry field to enter the desired event information.
- Tap "Done".
[NOTE] Dates with green bars indicate scheduled events.
Camera
1. Take Pictures
In Camera mode, the [Camera icon] indicates the status of taking pictures. Tap the [Shutter icon] to take the picture. The picture will be saved.
Calculator
- Tap the [Calculator application icon].
- Tap the numbers and operation signs to perform calculations.
- Tap CLR to clear the result.
POP3 and SMTP accounts are supported.
You can enter one or more personal email addresses to access through your Tablet.
- Tap the [Email application icon].
- Tap in the "Email address" entry field and enter your email address.
- Tap in the "Password" entry field and enter your email password.
- Tap "Done".
- Manual Setup (Optional): Server settings are automatically populated based on your email account provider (e.g., gmail.com, etc.). However, if you need to change the server settings, tap "Manual Setup" and make the necessary changes.
Music
Audio file formats supported: MP2, MP3, WAV, AAC, WMA, etc.
- Tap the [Music application icon].
- Select an audio file from Artists/Albums/Songs/Playlists to play it.
HD Player
Video file formats supported: MPEG1/2/4, MJPG, H264, etc.
- Tap the [HD Player application icon].
- Select a video file to play.
- Tap on the screen to display video controls (adjust volume, pause/play, previous/next, adjust brightness).

Connection with PC
USB Connect
Use a USB cable to connect the device to a PC. The device will display a USB connection window. Click "Turn on USB storage" to connect to the PC.

OTG Using
- Supports FAT32 format mobile memory devices, such as USB disks.
- It is a plug-and-play method.
- Use the OTG cable to connect the MID USB OTG PORT with other devices.
Trouble Shooting
Device fails to turn on.
- Check battery volume.
- Connect to the adapter and double-check.
- If the device fails to start up after charging, please contact distributors.
Twinkling screen after turn-on or sudden shut off after starting up.
- Battery is low; please charge the device.
No sound via earphone.
- Check if the volume is set to the lowest.
- Check if the audio file is damaged. Play another audio file to reconfirm. Damaged files may result in noise or staccato playback.
Copy function is not working, fail to play music.
- Check if the PC and device are properly connected.
- Confirm whether storage space is full.
- Confirm whether the USB cable is damaged.
- Confirm whether the USB is out of connection.
