How to Connect

Connect one end of the supplied 2-in-1 cable to the port on the microphone. Connect the other end (with USB interface and 3.5mm jack) to the USB and 3.5mm AUX port of your PC. Ensure the 3.5mm jack is plugged into the red 3.5mm AUX port with the microphone icon.

Troubleshooting Connection Issues

The microphone is plug-and-play. If it does not work normally:

1. Verify that both ends of the 2-in-1 cable are properly connected to the microphone and the PC.
2. Ensure your sound driver is correctly installed. If not, install the appropriate driver and restart your computer.
3. Configure your PC's sound settings:
   1. Right-click the sound icon in the system tray and select "Recording devices".
   2. Right-click within the "Recording" tab and select "Show Disabled Devices".
   3. Right-click on "Microphone" and select "Enable".
   4. Right-click "Microphone" again and select "Properties".
   5. In the "Listen" tab, uncheck the option "Listen to this device".
   6. In the "Level" tab, set "Microphone Boost" to +10.0 dB.
   7. In the "Advanced" tab, enable the two boxes under "Exclusive Mode" and click "OK".
