Device Overview
The Blackview BV9300 features a flashlight (standard edition), receiver, LED spotlight, front camera, screen, microphone, volume buttons, power key with fingerprint scanner, NFC, camera, flashlight, speaker, Type-C port, and a SIM/TF card slot with a function key.
Getting Started
How to Insert the SIM Card
To ensure your smartphone can make calls, insert the SIM card as follows:
- Insert the tool to pull out the SIM card slot.
- Take out the card slot and place the Nano SIM card or TF card with the metal side facing down. Ensure the bevel angle is aligned with the bevel angle of the card slot.
- With the phone facing up, insert the card holder into the phone in the direction of the arrow.
How to Boot Up
The Blackview BV9300 has a non-removable battery. Press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to boot the device.
Basic Operations
How to Send SMS, MMS
SMS: Open the SMS app, select 'New Information', enter a phone number or select from contacts, enter your text, and send.
MMS (Video): When writing a text message, select images, videos, or other files to attach. You can also take a new picture or video immediately. Select and send.
Language Settings
To change the language: Go to Main menu > Settings > System settings > Language and input method > Language > Add language. Select your desired language, and the system will automatically switch. Drag the language icon to the top position to set it as primary.

The maximum Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) for this product is ≤2.0W/kg, in line with national standard GB 21288-2007.
Tri-Proof Performance
The device is certified IP68 for dustproof, waterproof, and shockproof performance. Specific test conditions include immersion in water up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes, drops from up to 1 meter, and pressure tests on a flat surface.

Maintenance
To ensure safe and effective use and prolong the device's lifespan:
- Follow the instructions in this manual for operation and accessory use.
- Avoid dropping, knocking, or shaking the phone. Rough handling can damage the screen and internal components.
- Do not use chemical solvents or detergents for cleaning. Wipe the phone with a soft, damp cotton cloth or mild soap.
- Clean lenses and the screen with a clean, dry, soft cloth.
- If the phone freezes or experiences issues, press and hold the power button for over 12 seconds for a forced restart. For removable battery models, removing and reinserting the battery may also resolve issues.
- Unplug the charger when not in use. Avoid prolonged charging of a fully charged battery to extend its lifespan.

Warnings

- CAUTION: Risk of explosion if the battery is replaced by an incorrect type. Dispose of used batteries according to instructions.
- The product shall only be connected to a USB interface of version USB2.0.
