Device Overview

Hand Strap Installation

  1. Fit the screws pre-installed on the two ends of the hand strap into the nut on the back of the tablet.
  2. Use a screwdriver to tighten the screws. The installation is then complete.

SIM Card and TF Card Insertion

Instructions on how to insert SIM and TF cards:

To ensure your device can make calls, insert the SIM card in the following order.

  1. Open the SIM card plug.
  2. Press the card pin into the side hole; the card tray will pop out. Pull it out.

Visuals demonstrate using a SIM ejector tool to open the tray. The SIM tray has slots for Nano SIM 1, Nano SIM 2, or a Nano SIM and a TF card. Arrows indicate correct placement with metal contacts facing down and the beveled edge aligned. The final image shows the tray being inserted back into the device.

Basic Operations

How to Boot

The battery is non-removable. Press the power button for 3-5 seconds to boot.

How to Send SMS, MMS

SMS:

  • Open the SMS app.
  • Select New Information.
  • Enter a phone number or browse your contacts.
  • Select Edit Information and enter your text.
  • Send [arrow symbol].

MMS-video:

  • When writing a text message, select images, videos, or other files you want to add. You can take a new picture or video right away.
  • Selecting or sending [arrow symbol].

Language Switching Settings

Navigate through the menus: Main menu > settings > system setting > language and input method > Language and input method > language > language adding. Select your desired language; the system will automatically jump back to the language interface. To set it as primary, select the icon after the language bar and drag it to the first position.

SAR Information

The maximum electromagnetic radiation absorption ratio (SAR) of this product is ≤2.0W/kg. This complies with the national standard GB 21288-2007.

Safety Precautions

To ensure safe usage of the product, strictly abide by the following rules:

  • Keep the device at least 15 cm away from any medical implant or rhythm adjuster. Do not place the device in your coat pocket.
  • Do not expose the device and other batteries to high temperatures or heat-generating equipment such as sunlight, heaters, microwave ovens, ovens, or water heaters. Overheating of the battery can cause an explosion.
  • When charging is complete or not charging, disconnect the charger from the device and unplug the charger from the power outlet.
  • If the device is equipped with a non-removable battery, do not attempt to replace it yourself to avoid damaging the battery or device.
  • Using an unapproved or incompatible power source, charger, or battery may cause fire, explosion, or other hazards.
  • Do not disassemble or reset the battery, insert other objects, or immerse the device in water or other liquids to avoid battery leakage, overheating, fire, or explosion.
  • Do not drop, crush, scratch, or puncture the battery. Avoid subjecting the battery to excessive external pressure, which can result in internal short-circuit and overheating.

Maintenance

  • Understand the maintenance of this device thoroughly to use it more safely and effectively, and to extend its service life.
  • Follow the instructions in the manual to open the device or disassemble accessories; do not attempt other methods.
  • Avoid dropping, knocking, or shaking your device. Rough handling can cause screen rupture or damage the internal circuit board and delicate structure.
  • Do not use chemical solvents or detergents for cleaning. Wipe the device case with a soft cotton cloth dampened with water or mild soap.
  • Clean the lens (e.g., camera lens) and display with a clean, dry, soft cloth.
  • Troubleshooting: If you encounter an abnormal image (e.g., a crash):
    • For devices with non-removable batteries: Press and hold the power button for more than 12 seconds to force a restart. This can resolve general bugs.
    • For devices with removable batteries: Remove the battery, then reinsert it and restart to solve the bug.
  • When the charger is not in use, unplug it from the power outlet. Do not leave a fully charged battery connected to the charger for extended periods, as overcharging will shorten battery life.

Device types: S100 (FCC ID: 2A7DX-ACTIVE8PRO) has also been tested against this SAR limit. This device was tested for typical body-worn operations with the back of the handset kept 0mm from the body. To maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure requirements, use accessories that maintain a 0mm separation distance between the user's body and the back of the handset. The use of belt clips, holsters, and similar accessories should not contain metallic components in its assembly. The use of accessories that do not satisfy these requirements may not comply with FCC RF exposure requirements and should be avoided.

Body-worn Operation: This device was tested for typical body-worn operations. To comply with RF exposure requirements, a minimum separation distance of 0mm must be maintained between the user's body and the handset, including the antenna. Third-party belt-clips, holsters, and similar accessories used by this device should not contain any metallic components. Body-worn accessories that do not meet these requirements may not comply with RF exposure requirements and should be avoided. Use only the supplied or an approved antenna.
