Pair Up

1. Take earbuds out of the dock and remove stickers. Place earbuds back in the charging dock and plug it in.
2. Blue lights on the case indicate charging. Remove earbuds from the case.
3. One earbud will blink blue/white, indicating it is ready to pair to your device. Select "JLab Work Buds" in your device's Bluetooth settings.

Pick a Side

Swap the boom mic into either earbud. The earbuds are marked for Left (L) and Right (R).

Find Your Fit

1. Place the earbud in your ear and rotate for the best fit.
2. Bend the boom mic towards your mouth for clear audio.
3. Try all the included Cush Fins™ and ear tip options for the best fit and proper seal.

Any Which Way

Leave the microphone ready between calls or fold up the earbuds for travel. Flip the dock to secure the earbuds for travel.

Get Charged (Earbuds)

Placing the earbuds in the charging dock will automatically power them OFF and start charging. Earbud LEDs will pulse blue while charging and turn OFF when fully charged.

Removing the earbuds will automatically power them ON and connect to the last device. To turn off without the case, disconnect Bluetooth from your device. Earbuds will power off after 3 minutes.

Get Charged (Dock)

Connect the JLab Work Buds to a computer or USB 5V 1A (or less) output device using the provided cable.

The LED indicator pulses blue when charging and turns solid blue when fully charged.

Multipoint (Connect 2 Devices Simultaneously)

1. Once the FIRST device is connected, turn off Bluetooth in its device settings. The earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth Pairing mode.
2. Enter your SECOND device's Bluetooth settings and connect to "JLab Work Buds".
3. Enter your FIRST device's Bluetooth settings. Turn on Bluetooth and connect to "JLab Work Buds".

We understand that sound is personal. Choose your sound preferences from our EQ3 settings and customize your sound style to match exactly what you're doing.

Quick Tips

• Either earbud can connect to your device and be used independently. Simply take an earbud out of the charging case, and it will auto-connect.
• Earbuds can be used with or without the boom mic. The mic will improve the quality of your voice and reduce background sound in clear voice mode.
• Choosing the correct ear tip makes a significant improvement in audio quality due to a proper seal. Try all ear tips for best results.

Voice Prompts

The earbuds provide voice prompts for status updates:

• "Ready to Pair": Work Buds are ready to pair to a Bluetooth device.
• "Battery Full": Indicates battery level between 100-80%.
• "Battery Medium": Indicates battery level between 80-20%.
• "Low Battery": Indicates battery level is less than 20%. When power decreases to 10%, "Low Battery" will play.

Download the App

Customize JLab Work Buds features and update the latest software by downloading the JLab App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. A QR code labeled "Scan Me" is provided for easy access.

Troubleshooting: Manual Reset

Issue: No audio in one earbud or earbuds disconnected.

1. Keep both earbuds in the charging dock. On your Bluetooth device, forget or remove "JLab Work Buds" from the list of paired devices.
2. Quickly tap 7 times on one earbud while it is in the charging case. The earbud's LED will blink blue 4 times.
3. Quickly tap 7 times on the other earbud while it is in the charging case. This earbud's LED will also blink blue 4 times.
4. Take both earbuds out of the charging case. One earbud will blink blue/white, indicating it is ready to pair to your device.
