SUUWER support FAQ
Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
-
How do I adjust the temperature swing on my SUUWER thermostat?
To adjust the swing (cycle rate), hold down the Up and Down keys together for 3 seconds. Use the arrow keys to adjust the setting between 0.2°F and 2.0°F. A smaller swing causes more frequent cycles, while a larger swing allows for longer cycles.
-
Does the SUUWER thermostat require a C-wire?
The C (common) wire is optional if you use batteries. If the thermostat is hardwired without batteries, the C-wire must be connected to power the display and electronics.
-
What does the flashing battery icon mean?
A flashing battery icon indicates that the 2x AAA batteries are low. You should replace them immediately to avoid freezing or overheating issues if the system becomes inoperable.
-
How do I calibrate the room temperature display?
Select OFF with the system switch, then hold the Up and Down keys for 3 seconds. Use the Up/Down keys to adjust the temperature display offset (from -4°F to +4°F) to match your room thermometer.
