Read beyond the RoHS text
RoHS refers to restrictions on hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. The word alone does not identify a particular manufacturer or product model. Check the back, base, packaging, and any About screen for more identifying details.
Search for the device you have
Try the model number first. If you only know the device type, use a search such as “RoHS clock” or “RoHS Bluetooth speaker,” then compare the controls, display, and supported models in each result.
Use the matching instructions
A watch, clock, and LED controller can all carry the same RoHS text while using different controls and apps. Read the guide for your exact model before pairing, setting the time, or changing configuration.
