  1. Identify the headphone model

    Look on the inside of the headband, underside of an earcup, charging case, or packaging. A Bluetooth name can help narrow the search, but check it against the model printed on the product.

  2. Choose the section for your task

    For a new connection, find Bluetooth pairing or first-time setup. For calls, check microphone and input settings. For charging, check the cable, port, indicator, and charging information specified for that model.

  3. Check instructions before a reset

    Button combinations and pairing indicators vary. Open the exact manual before resetting or clearing stored devices, and note whether the procedure removes existing connections.
