RelFar support FAQ

Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.

  • How do I safely clean the optics lens on my RelFar laser head?

Lenses must be cleaned in a clean, dust-free environment using dust-free gloves, a dust-free cotton swab, and isopropyl alcohol. Gently wipe the lens in a single direction (bottom-to-top or left-to-right) to avoid secondary contamination, then blow dry with pure compressed air.

  • What protective gases are compatible with RelFar welding units?

RelFar laser systems regularly use proper oil-water filtered compressed air, argon, and nitrogen for shielding and butt welding gas protection depending on your specific material applications.

  • How do I correctly install the optical fiber into a RelFar QBH module?

First, remove the dustproof seal cover. Align the red dot on the fiber optic head with the red dot on the QBH module. Slowly insert it, then rotate clockwise to the limiting position until it clicks. Finally, lift and rotate the mantle clockwise to lock the fiber head in place.

  • What are the power requirements for the RelFar mainboard and galvanometer?

The CN5 interface uses a 6PIN green terminal. The external power supply requires a stable DC 24V output (above 3A) and a DC ±15V input (above 3A) with designated grounds (PGND and GND).
