Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
Match the model number on your device or packaging to the manual title. LMHOME documentation includes LM002 and T3 trackers as well as several trail camera models.
Check the manual for your exact model and confirm local carrier compatibility. The supplied LM002 guide specifies a SIM supporting 2G GSM, calls, SMS, and GPRS, with the SIM PIN disabled; do not assume every model uses the same network.
The LM002 guide names homegps and describes signing in by the device IMEI. Follow the model-specific instructions and configure the carrier APN before attempting online tracking.
The guides recommend taking the tracker outdoors where it has a clear view of the sky. Buildings or metal above the tracker can block GPS signals. Also check power and mobile network availability.
No verified LMHOME warranty or registration page is available in the supplied information. Check the paperwork included with your product or contact the seller with your model number and proof of purchase.
